Who would honk a horn none stop at 11:00 at night? A jerk, that is the answer. No matter how I tried I just can't fall back to sleep. I'm really mad at this person because they just kept honking. I could hear them even after they passed by the horn was still going. Its like a small pause and you would hear it again...seemed like it stopped to go to a next block and do it again. I could hear it for a good two minutes. Then just it fading out...
