Poll time! Here's the thing: ever since Gaia put the old Club Verge Custom Gaian SDPlus in a tier reward, questions about this item have been popping up in Ask the Staff. It works like a Custom-Item Ticket from the Project Custom series, but predates the earliest such Ticket and is skinned as a box rather than a ticket. For that reason and for its connection with Club Verge, I've been putting questions about the Custom Gaian SDPlus in the Cash Shops subject rather than the Custom-Item Ticket subject. But I'm not fully convinced I'm making the right move there.

What do you users think? Should questions about the Club Verge Custom Gaian SDPlus go in the Custom-Item Ticket subject? Or are they fine in the Cash Shops subject? Vote above, and feel free to defend your choice or wax philosophical in a reply!
