Schörl is willing to instruct new officers on literally everything and anything. She prefers having a more direct, community building hand in the development of officers for direct mentorship under her direction, or for facilitating rps with other officers in and IC way(such as if you wanted an direct excuse, she could be the person who says 'you are to meet Captain Cinnabar on such-such day for training with energy draining). So whatever you'd like him cued in on first as your priorities.
There's a lot of stuff in the 'basic training' thread that can/is usually handwaved, but I don't mind having it be rped out IC without the handwave. Doing it IC is what creates the bonds to specific officers and fosters the hierarchy and design of the Negaverse.
I didn't/don't have a specific preference, or anyone lined up as a definite on my end that could do the deed. Since its Findia's awakening, though, it seems like it would be better that the powerlevel be someone she could viably scare/beat off? Which might limit it to either first or second stage chaos characters. From Sandrine's end, stitches for lacerations and/or bone breaks are on the table as incurred injury.
