Welcome

Yes, hello and welcome to the Gay pride!

There are a few things you need to know about the Gay pride if you are interested in joining.

Although the pride is aimed primarily at those whom are attracted to the same sex this does not mean your pet or couple could not join. The most import things to make clear is that any species are welcome under the condition that they are either bi/gay or just don't fit the conventional male and female relations.

That means Dragons, Lions, Lirogons, Water dragons, Familiars, rocks or anything with lines is welcome to join. Though the pride isn't entirely aimed at straight couples they are still welcome so long as they support the lifestyles of their fellow pride mates.

The pride itself are a mixture of all different kinds of dragons with many family's and friends welcome to visit the Prides territory at any time. If your still interested in joining read on through the forum of contact Ripple via PM.

Rules of the Pack

The 2 most important rules of all:
~Your dragon must be gay, either MalexMale or FemalexFemale, bisexual or not fit into the conventional MalexFemale sexuality.
~ If your dragon is not homosexual they must be willing to reproduce with another of the opposite sex that is gay so the gays can at least have a child that is half of their family. In the case that surrogating is never used In character the other most important aspect is acceptance! Your pet must be willing to support/accept others lifestyles, how they are from another species with a mixed harem to a dragon with no sexual desires, if it's not hurting anyone, it's fine.

~ The Alphas word is law, whatever they say goes
- Alphas will NEVER be a hetero pet who does not in some way align with the overall LQBTQ+ criteria

~ No Godmoding

~ No dragons may be killed unless they are NPCs or with the consent of their owners(if they're like me and like to kill off someone every now and then for drama. >>)

~ If there is any drama between dragons from two owners remember that drama is between those dragons and is NOT the owners thoughts/feelings against your dragon or you the owner. If you take it personally and make a fuss and create more/new drama about it your dragon will be punished and/or banished from the pack.

Ranks

Alpha Male- Main leader of the pack. Usually most respected and anything he says goes. He declares wars, makes alliances, appoints ranks, etc.
Alpha Female- Same as Alpha Male.
Beta Male- Second in command. He can declare little battles and such and oversees all little details about the pack. Anything he says can be dismissed by the alphas.
Beta Female- Same as the Beta Male
Shaman- Cares for the sick, injured, or weak. Also oversees birthing.
Lead Warrior- Over sees that all pack warriors are fit for battle and leads into battle when the Alpha or Beta does not.
Warriors- Responsible for the overall safety of the pride. Their job is to fend off unwanted guests.
Den Mother- Her job is to garuntee the cubs are cared for and have a safe enviroment for living and playing.
Den Brothers/Sisters- Care for the cubs, keeping them safe.
Gaurdians- Watch over the pack and it's borders, alerting the leaders to enemies, stangers, and guests.

History

It all started when Pickle and Silren first met, Newly to adulthood Pickle was eager to explore even more of the world than he had been able to previously. Upon seeing Silren he'd instantly been attracting after all Silren is rather shiny and Pickle likes shiny things. Without knowing many on the isle it wasn't long before Pickle was showing physical affection having never had anyone to bestow it on before. From there Pickle never really seemed to leave Silren side, and he didn't seem to mind having someone to keep him warm at night and so without a single word from Pickle the two where soon considered a couple, claiming the first spot on the Isle as a Gay couple.

Then one day an old friend of Pickles happened upon the couple a female dragoness by the name of Kendra, After a awkward meeting with Pickle being his usual silent yet bouncy self the three spent the night together and not too soon after Kendra produced three eggs.

With the arrival of the eggs the three stayed together as a family unit to raise them, Silren's family visiting from time to time the pups grew up happy and healthy despite the slightly unusual arrangement.

From that point other dragons came and decided to stay in the trio's family until it came to a number that Silren decided to make an official safe space for those like he and Pickle. Those who where considered different from the normal family structure of the Isle, those who where just unusual or didn't have a place anywhere else. Since then the numbers have steadily grown!

Silren hadn't been seen out in public for quite some time and it seemed like a female dragon who had come to the pride with another named Lupo was acting on their behalf. Delivering messages, keeping the pride fed and happy till one day she was tasked with finding one of the sons to Silren and Pickle. Finding him shacked up a little way off from the pride he'd taken a mate but his presence was required by his parents.

Making the trip home, Badr, and his mate Motsuba, arrive home with Ripple to discover both his fathers have been taken ill and a ceremony is held to appoint Badr as the new Alpha. There is no Alpha female, so for the time Ripple holds the post as a temporary arrangement.
