To get a direct link, go to this website and make a free account. Once you've confirmed your registration from your email, navigate to the "Account" tab in the top left and choose "File Manager." When the page loads, click "Upload Files," browse for the mp3 file from your computer, and hit "Start Upload." Once the file is done uploading, the page will reload and show you two boxes with links; copy the link from the right box labeled "Direct Hotlinks." Paste it into the mp3 link box on the generator page.
Then select the options that you want your player to have.
A note on "Downloadable": the better option is yes to prevent copyright issues from arising. If you're changing colors by copying and pasting hex codes rather than using the color wheel, I suggest you change by manually editing the url in another tab. If you try to do so on the generator page, it will only allow you to erase and replace the existing hex codes that aren't currently selected by the bullet point, and when you move the bullet point around, it will change the next color that is selected to match the last one that the color wheel was on. It's a little bit inconvenient sweatdrop

Observe the code that came up in the box at the bottom of the generator page; copy the part in red:

Join that red part to the back of the top url that I mentioned, like so:
This is reference page in case you need any help changing the link later (colors for the player or song, for example), or you don't understand what some of the options are for.
To add something to the end of your link, put a &, the parameter name, =, and then the corresponding value. For example, if you wanted to make the player autoplay, you would add &autoplay=1 to the end of your url.
autoplay 0 = (default) Player does not play upon loading the page unless the play button is pressed. 1 = Player plays once the page is finished loading.
c1 Sets the main background color of the player.
c2 Sets the color of the loading bar, volume bar, outline color of the play and stop buttons, and the hover color of the play and stop buttons.
c3 Sets the color of the buttons of the player and the time displayed.
down 0 = (default) Download button is not displayed 1 = Download button is displayed; when clicked, a tab opens to the direct mp3 link. For copyright concerns, I suggest not using this parameter.
mp3 Changes the link to the mp3 file.
vol Presets the volume of the player. Default value is 75; accepts values 0 to 100.
