Abilene wandered down the street with her baby pink bag hung over her shoulder. She still had her hair up in a tight bun and her uniform on underneath her cardigan. It had been a long day and what she really craved was a nice warm drink to calm her down. She was a doctor, and a fine one at that. She dug around in her bag for a moment and pulled out a pack of mints. Quickly she popped one into her mouth. It had been a long day yes but a productive one and for that she was satisfied.
