so my trading pass has been disabled since the day i first started this account - about four years ago. not once have i been able to go to the marketplace or even make a trade among friends. (they can still trade with me, mind you, but i can't return the favor.) it's rather annoying.

(what i find more strange is that, after a few months of hiatus, upon returning i was suddenly greeted by "the welcoming fairy" as though i was a new gaian. i'm still getting introduction messages!)

could someone please explain to me what i need to do to get my trading pass activated?
