We understand that Freedom of Speech is a fundamental part of your rights, however we do ask that you hold yourself to the highest of accord and cooperate with us in order to make the Guild a friendly, safe and diverse environment. Below are the Guidelines & Rules that we kindly ask you follow.
[ 1 ] - In accordance with TOS, we expect that you follow the 3-point system which states that you are prohibited from using and or expressing terminologies and or statements that use or imply and are limited too Harassment, Racial Discrimination and Vulgar Verbal Material. As mentioned, violating this will unfortunately lead to the filling of an Official Report and will lead to your immediate suspension from Roleplaying, however in an extreme case you will be removed.
[ 2 ] - The Guild is based around an Open Creative Ideal which encourages you to freely express yourself, this being said we ask that you respect the choices and performances of others regardless of he/she's experience level. This protects the integrity of our fellow members and provides a comfortable area from where to Roleplay from.
[ 3 ] - We understand that Communication between each other is key, and we also are aware that disputes are a lingering danger that at times cannot be avoided. When in such a situation of disagreement with another party, we ask that you please tend to it in a private manner away from the Guild, if you think that is not an option, please contact a fellow Vice Captain for assistance. When dealing with internal issues the introduction of a VC or Captain is a must to provide a second voice, if this is a matter that you've taken care of outside the Guild, we appreciate the effort. In the event that both parties cannot come to a reasonable transition, we will move to slowly process your suspension and or removal.
[ 4 ] - The Guild is open to anyone, this means that Roleplayers of all types will be joining us, in order to fluidly run all aspects of the Guild we kindly ask that you show respect to everyone and we also expect civilized socializing. A comfortable environment in which Roleplayers feel both comfortable and safe is what we are aiming for, so please help us, help everyone.
[ 5 ] - The Guild is a ''Zero-Drama'' Zone, that being said we expect you to keep it at the door or have none at all. This however hard may be, is for the best and is a crucial aspect that must be controlled in order to maintain order. Your failure to comply will sadly lead to your swift removal, this is non-negotiable.
