Personality: Ostarva is a loyal and serious ninja of the Mist. He views all the members of his Village as his family even though he doesn’t know his real family. During his normal hours of life he is quiet and calm always watching everything that goes on around him. During missions he is extremely focused and is willing to do anything within reason to accomplish the mission. If his life is called upon to be forfitted for the good of the Village than he would gladly die to see the Village grow. His biggest goal in his life as a ninja is to become one of the feared Mist Anbu.

The Childhood of Ostarva
Ostarva was born on the outskirts of Kirigakure to an unknown mother and father that lived their lives as farmers however, they didn't live long after Ostarva was born. During the night two weeks after the birth, there was a battle between a group of ninja outside their home and during the battle at some point they caught the house on fire. Later after the fight and the fire had died down, a few merchants traveling to the Village of Kiri searched the ashes and found Ostarva hidden under his mothers dead body with a single note, that requested whoever found him to take him to Kirigakure and have the Village train him to be a great man of the Village.
After about six or seven years living in the Village Ostarva developed the famous name Okami meaning wolf. Due to him not having a last name to his knowledge he gave himself this as his last name and joined the Academy as Ostarva Okami. During his time here he stayed extremely focused on his training and began to develop fast and skillfully. After a short ten years he finished his training at the Acadmey, he became a full blown ninja of the Mist.
