_ Ignion knew from previous slashes that it had a burning damage to it which meant there had to be heat emitting from it. Maiban was delivering the killing blow when in am instant Ignion had the reistu knife blade in his flaming reitsu hand. That's the trick to your attack. You were foolish to deal burning damage to a fire arrancar Maiban. Now,now its my turn. Cero Impact. Ignion grasp still on Maiban's knife he unleashed a semi-charged punch of blazing cero reitsu into Maiban's chest, after which gained some distance. Ignion was a tenacious dragon and refuses to go down easily, no matter the opponent.

♋ Maiban was shocked by Ignion's maneuver and has he slammed into the earth from the force of the hit he couldn't help but smile. It was his erratic nature that had led him into that attack. His Hierro had reduced the damage but his chest ached and it was seared. Maiban began laughing. "i've done damage, but not nearly enough, and now once again my progress has been reset." He sat up and cursed himself and then dusting himself off he stood up. He stretched then kicking off the sand he dashed back at Ignion and used sonido rapidly to close distance. "That was nice, now lets see what you really got."♋

_ Ignion blinked his eyes as his vision finally returned he saw Maiban's fast approach and smirked. La Mirada His eyes shine brightly as flaming cero energy charges in front of his eyes. Once at full power, he unleashes it at full force toward Maiban. He was excited to see how the savage would deal with this cero-based attack.

♋ Maiban watched the blazing beam fly towards him. Acting quickly he launched himself high into the sky climbing higher and higher with leaps and sonido while also moving forward to approach Ignion in attempts to evade the oncoming beam. The problem with La Mirada was that it was restricted to what the user looked at, so if Maiban got high enough the neck's limits would render La Mirada not as effective. Facing a master at cero was a big problem but Maiban's ress state would render his cero very ineffective the problem came with timing when to use it. "If I have to activate it I plan on ending this fight." ♋
