There are some that have shortcuts so it doesn't take a second to perform such as holding certain talisman rings,charms, or body written ones.

[»]Decelerated Aging/Semi-Immortality: Lanna ages slower than normal compared to other species that have an average life-span, maintaining her youthful appearance longer while the lifespan remains the same length.
[»]Invisibility: Lanna can cloak herself, making her unseen by the naked eye & become invisible in visible spectrum, letting her move about an environment freely without being detected.
