Abilities: Can make anything poisonous, teleportation, energy blasts.

Personality: Always a joker, Hatter also has a philosophical side that's dressed up as nonsense. Rarely direct, that when he is, it scares people. The most oddest thing about him is that he believes himself to be a hero and not a villain at all. Rather, he regards himself as a heroic figure 'killing bad people' and doing things that the other 'heroes' won't do.

However, he's willing to throw his lot in with 'villains' if he thinks it'll make things interesting or get him close to his goal.
This makes him pretty unpredictable in terms of whether you trust him or not.

Even worse, if he believes a person to be his 'Alice', he will not only stalk that person, but try to isolate them from the rest of the world that he deems not good enough.


Personal History:

Nothing is known about the Mad Hatter, as he only -recently- surfaced. Those that have seen him have noticed that he has a black crescent mark on his temple now and then. It's been theorized that he may be a leftover from the Black Moon Clan.
