Character: Ryoku Nara
Technique Name: Shadow Leviathan
Rank: S
Type: Bloodline
Element: Kageton/Suiton
Description: The user uses their mastery over the water element and the shadow element creating a enormous creature on par with the size that of a major summon from many of the animal contracts. It summons forth a water serpent so large it has the name Leviathan. As black as night it is built of both water and shadows. This monster then attacks the users target upon request or instruction. It is able to bite with S rank damage or body slam with A rank damage. The The Water Leviathan can be destroyed like most jutsu
same rank or its weakness element one rank lower. The Leviathan being a large serpent is able to slither very quickly on land and bend its body in many ways to avoid attacks. Under water it moves twice as fast and can spear enemies with its sharp nose submerged in larger bodies of water like a torpedo with S rank damage. The size and abilities of this creature are strong enough to give a tailed beast a small run for its money in combat.

Restrictions and weaknesses:
• The shadow leviathans weaknesses, Waters weakness of Earth (Doton) one rank lower can greatly Injure the the beast, two to destroy it. Equal rank can destroy it.
• Other Ninjutsu or Taijutsu or Bukijutsu of equal rank can Greatly Injure the beast, two can destroy it. One rank higher can Destroy it.
• Bright sunlight will annoy the creature and cause it to fight close to the ground, Brilliant light will injure the creature allowing it to become vulnerable.
•Can only be cast once per battle due to the amount of energy and focus used to create it.
•Takes two posts to launch the jutsu, to bring both Kageton and Suiton chakra into it.
•The Leviathan is able to stay out for 5 posts of duration, Any longer would force the user to remain in a non moving state pushing chakra into the beast to keep it alive. Costing S rank chakra per post past 5 to sustain.
• The Leviathan gets 2 activation per post.

The Shadow Leviathan uses both elements to strengthen its existence, the Kageton depends on the suiton side to prevent it from being completely expelled by light.

The Shadow Leviathan's Attacks
• Body Slam (A rank damage) - drains from users stamina
• Sharp bite (A rank damage) - drains from the users stamina
• The Leviathan is able to use Jutsu that is currently known by the user at the cost of the users chakra.

Technique Name: Void Blast

Element: Kageton
Description: The user summons up his own shadow into a ball in his hands forcing it off as a projectile of destructive force. A jutsu of katon or of light one rank lower can dispel the attack. Able to blast through even rock in terms of strength. Upon hitting a living organism with a shadow causes B rank damage making them fall into their own shadow to the same dimension that Ryoku can travel to using his Shadow evasion technique. Once there they are stuck for 3 posts. Once they are there the use has the ability to join them using shadow evasion to use their post to retrieve them or to fight them there for that single post before having to leave himself. Or using this time to retreat.

Technique Name: Deep Shadow Evasion
Rank: B
Type: Bloodline
Element: Kageton
Description: The Nara clan user can enter his own shadow as a means to quickly escape or advance on a target near a local shadow in the immediate area (Half mile range, within thread) This is an alternative to the elemental or non elemental body flicker technique. The reason for the higher chakra rank is the user is able to stay hidden in the local shadows for one additional post after entering before having to emerge in one of the local shadows. This is also to prevent being auto killed if all shadows are expelled in the area. The user has the ability to use some clan ability while hidden in the shadows.

Restrictions
1) Follows all rules explained by the body flicker explanation.
2) Limit to one use of Nara clan jutsu while hidden inside this jutsu per battle.
3) Only a rank C bloodline technique can be used while being hidden in the shadow.

Technique Name: Shadow Oil

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Kageton
Description: Allows the user to cast any of his Nara clan techniques for an additional 35 chakra cost per use. In doing so laces them with a dark flammable substance that is easily masked in the shadows. Once this is done the path of the shadows it had taken and is currently can now be caught fire. Although the fire will dispel the shadow jutsu due to the light it will emit. Any form of fire can catch the shadow or path on fire streaming to wherever the shadow has reached even on a person. Once done the fire burns in that locations or locations for the duration of one post after being caught.

Technique Name: Shadow Web [Shadow web]
Rank: B
Type: Bloodline
Element: Kageton
Description: The nara performing the jutsu would cast out thread like strands of shadows along the ground spanning from his own shadow to adjacent shadows making a web of threads stringing many local shadows together until most of the local area is trapped. When an opponent, or ally's shadow gets caught in the web they become bound. Alot like the shadow possesion but without the ability to controle the target, Only binding them from being able to move, but also preventing handsigns causing most jutsu to fail. This jutsu requires B Rank chakra to perform, but also costs an aditional C rank chakra to sustain per post. B rank chakra to sustain per post with someone captured.

Technique Name: Shadow Manafestation (Kage no kengen)
Rank: C
Type: Bloodline
Element: Kageton
Description: The Nara uses their family ability to use a preexisting shadow, or a shadow they have already manipulated to a shape of their choice and makes it into a real pitch black substance. Solid on par with Iron. Once done this causes the solid shadow to loose its weakness to light. But the downside however causes the Nara to loose their ability to manipulate that shadow again. They can however physically use it. For example forming a sword with a shadow and then using this ability. They could take the sword in hand and wield it as they saw fit.

Technique Name: kage Ittai no Jutsu [ Shadow Unity Technique ]
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Null
Description: This jutsu is the action of a taimers pet forming themselves into chakra itself in its purest form and merging into the owner. This is a temporary act as such can only last for 10 posts and has a 20 post cool down. The user can pay an upkeep cost after the 10 posts allowing the jutsu duration to renew, giving a second set of 10 posts. This can be repeated as much as wanted. After which no matter how much chakra was used in that state both the owner and the pet suffer a good deal of exhaustion. The benefit of this fusion allows the elements and the current chakra after performing this jutsu to be added to the owners. Allowing them to use all of their current elements and abilities but also gaining the elements and abilities of the pet as well. The user shares the chakra pool (current amount available, not max) The user would also gain one large physical attribute of the pet. If the user would drop below 100 chakra of the shared pool when they would separate the pet would die.

Quick summery:The user has the pet merge into him (both must cast the jutsu) User gains pets current chakra amount added into their own, gain abilities and elements of pet as well. Gain one big trait of the pet. Lasts 10 posts with a 20 post cool down, and pet dies if joint chakra pool drops below 100. Obviously both die if chakra drops to 0. Once the jutsu reaches its 10th post the user has the option of repaying its cost to renew another 10 posts.

Description: This is a shadow clan ancient weapon architect designed to support Nara's Kageton. A wrapped handle with a sharp steel spike on the bottom of the hilt for very close quarters combat. The chain with spikes along its lengthy chain extends and retracts from the use of a button on the hilt that is crafted through the weapon with tiny gears that works its way through the weapon. Its design can be infused with Kageton chakra and be wielded by the control over the shadow along the whip. This allows the user of the whip to wield the shadow which in turn wields the whip in the direction of the users choice. In doing so in this way causes a drain of chakra a bit higher then that of a shadow possession jutsu from the Nara clan. This particular design also allows Katon chakra to be infused with it. Causing the whip itself to become extremely hot.



Ability Summary:
• Allows the user to infuse his or her chakra into the weapon Kageton (shadow element) or Katon (Fire element) or both.
• Can extend the weapon into a whip reaching 20 feet length and retract at the push of a geared button. The speed of which it Extends is speed up depending on the user swinging the weapon while doing so or thrusting it out while doing so.
• Two spikes on the chain every other link
• Upon the user infusing Katon chakra with the whip, causing the extended part of the whip to be smoldering hot, causing burns to anyone it hits or wraps around. Costing B rank chakra to perform. C rank chakra per post to sustain
• Upon the user infusing Kageton chakra with the whip, the extended part of the whip will be able to be controlled by the users shadow possession following the whip through the shadow it emits below because it is coming from the users shadow as a source. The direction of the whip can only be slightly altered just like the shadow possession. A rank chakra to perform per use.
• Requires Mechanical Manuel 1&2
• Small hook accessory to latch onto belt

Restrictions:
• If there is no shadow casting under the whip then the kageton side of the ability will be useless, much like regular Nara techniques in these conditions.
• The retraction of the whip can be stopped and overpowered. The mechanic has a bit of a force to the retracting and extending but not that of a great force.
• The weight of the whip is about 30 lbs
