 ~~~ is a twenty three year old collage student who lives in a split house that her father owns. She lives next door to a twenty one year old man named Jesse and off the bat knew he was into drugs when she interviewed him for the house. But since he begged and pleaded her to give him a chance she let him rent it out telling him ahead of time that he could not do drugs in the house, and that if he wanted to smoke he would go outside. ~~~ used to be addicted to drugs as well but has forcefully gone to rehab by her father to rid her of her abusive ways. She now feels that she has a better life without the drugs and has a tendency to help anyone with a drug problem, although she doesn't want to admit it. She also has a son about five years old. ~~~ starts to talk to Jesse more, getting a bit more familiar with him and his weird and over the top personality, she loves the way he is around her son and how strong their bond is. This means alot to her since her Son never really trusts people easy. She begins to form feelings for him but doesn't want to be with someone who does drugs, she also has a feeling that he is dealing drugs but wants to snoop around more to see if she can find the answer. Soon she starts to really believe he is in the drug buisness when strange people show up at the house and sometimes he even come hom beaten, ~~~ starts to feel like she connot trust the boy around her child anymore. What will happen?

  XXXXXXXXXXXX "Add a plus douche bag to a minus douche bag, and you get like, zero douche bags." Letting out a loud sigh the blonde male ran his hands through his mess of hair as he leaned on the kitchen counter. She had just told him that she probably wouldn't be selling him the house since she needs a personal check from it. He offered to pay cash but she said her strict father only likes it in checks, see there was no way that was going to happen for Jesse. Lifting his head he pushed his hands against the counter and straightened his poster looking at the female who was about his age, maybe a year or two younger as she stood on the other side of the counter. "Alright, listen. I'm kinda in between banks right now.. Man. But uh." Pulling out a large wad of cash Jesse licked his thumb and counted out the exact amount for the rental and to the split apartment that was right next to hers plus a couple extra. Well it was one house, the apartments were only separated by a wall, in his apartment he had a living room and kitchen in the same room, a small hallway with a bathroom on the right, a storage closet on the left and a bedroom at the end of the hallway. Holding out the money to her the blonde street clothed male placed the wad on the counter in front of her and tapped his index finger against it.
"Here's the exact amount for the rent, plus interest.. I can pay you in cash and I'll sign my name on the rental, Just.. Its been tough right now yo, but my word is my bond. I won't be late on my rent and I promise I'll pay you every dime and I swear the tv or radio or whatever I'll watch the noise level. No party's, no smoking in the house like you said." He ranted, he really really wanted this place, it was everything he was looking for. Looking her over with his bright blue eye's he leaned forward and rested himself on his elbows, right on the top of the counter placing his hands in a praying action. "Just please, give me a chance.. Please?" He pleaded looking up at her with his eyebrows arched and his lips slightly parted. XXXXXXXXXXXX

The petite ginger was looking over to the male across the counter, pleading her to sell the house to him. If it was up to her, she wouldn't mind the cash, but since it was up to her strict father, he only wanted checks and nothing else. She tugged slightly at the end of her white sweater as she watched him pull out a wad of cash "Look I know how it is, but it's not up to me with rent and selling. I'm like the middleman in this." Katie said with a sigh. She felt bad for him, he needed a place, and I guess this was the only open space around, let alone she knew he was into drugs, because she was in his place before, but her father sent her to rehab to cleanse her of the abusive ways of drugs, and she was clean now.
Taking the money on the counter, counted it out, placing it on the counter as she went along, seeing it was the rent, and some extra which was interest, and listened to him rant on about how he wouldn't throw parties, smoke inside the apartment, pay rent on time, and watch his noise level. The misty gray eyes looked to his blue eyes, and shook her head and sighed. She finally gave in, she didn't know why she did. Maybe because she felt bad for the guy, or she felt like being nice "Look, I'll give you one chance. That's it, and once you screw up you're done." She said with a huff and looked out the window over the sink. It wasn't entirely her fault she felt bad for him, let alone, she had to deal with her father, or she would come up with the check herself.

Letting his head drop into his hands, the male let his hands slid up into his mess of blonde hair after hearing her explain that it wasn't her that could make the decision. He knew that her father owned the twin house and that she was just managing it for him, he also knew that her father gave her frequent visits from time to time because she told him a head of time before he offered to buy the house. But Jesse really needed a place to stay and out of all the places he had visited he liked this one the most. It was small and he didn't need a lot of space and it was cheap so he wouldn't raise suspicion. Lifting his head just enough to set his eyes on the females hands as she took the money and counted it in front of him Jesse parted his lips watching her thin fingers flip through the cash. His eyes slowly lifted towards her light grey ones, it was silent between the two for a long couple seconds until she finally spoke agreeing to give him a chance.
Let a sigh escape his mouth right past his smile the male leaned off the counter and jumped in the air as high as he could. "Yeah b***h!" He yelped loudly as his lips pulled into a wide grin showing off his perfect and white teeth behind it. Leaning on the counter with his elbows he cupped his hands over his mouth and kissed his hands, pulling his hands away from his mouth as if to blow her a kiss. (like the gif) He leaned off the counter and tapped it with his hands, the baggy dressed blonde just couldn't keep smiling. "You won't regret this yo. I promise!" He told her. Biting his bottom lip he nodded at her for reassurance. XXXXXXXXXXXX

Katie only rolled her eyes when he jumped in the air and exclaimed loudly. Let him forget she had a son, named Charlie who just turned five a month ago. Charlie was a outgoing child, always making Katie tired from running around everywhere with him. Charlie was an outcome of Katie's poor judgement and lack of protection with now her ex-boyfriend, who drops in time to time. He is a spitting of Katie, but Charlie had the bright blue eyes "You better not be swearing like that often" She mentioned, as she watched him blow her a kiss and told her, she wouldn't regret it. She hoped she wouldn't regret it.
Speaking of Charlie, he came running into the kitchen, clinging onto his mother's leg. Mommy, I'm hungry. Can I have mac and cheese?" Charlie asked his mother, looking up with the biggest grin in the world. "Sure thing Charlie. Go and wash up, while I get everything to make it in a minute." Katie said in a soft tone and Charlie was off, loud, running steps heard throughout the apartment. The ginger female rubbed her arm slightly, as the silent was between the two adults in the room, unable to find words to say. She didn't to want kick him out after just paying her, but also didn't want to ask for help with lunch for Charlie.

"Alright yo, I can respect that." Jesse just remembered that the female had a son when the boy came rushing into the room asking for food, he was pretty adorable if you asked Jesse. Smiling at the boy the blonde male watched as his mother answered and he went rushing off out of the room. There was a small amount of silence between the two when the boy left the room, clearing his throat slightly Jesse walked around the counter onto the side she was on. Standing next to the female he placed his tattooed hand over the clip board on the counter in front of her and slid it in front of him grabbing the pen on the counter. Signing his name under the rental section Jesse clicked the pen closed and placed it on the clip board before sliding his hands in his pockets and looking her over. "Thanks again." He commented.
Taking the keys to his new side of the house the male tapped the counter top with them and nodded. "Alright, well. I'ma leave you and your kid." He commented before walking over to the door placing the keys in his pocket. Feeling a bump on his leg the male turned and looked down at the boy as he stepped away from Jesse with a shy look on his face. Turning himself fully around to look down at the boy the male crouched in front of the five year old and smiled at him. "Hey kid, Charlie right?" He asked calmly, but the boy didn't answer. "Alright, its cool I feel you. Anyway, I'm Jesse." Putting up his fist towards the boy he waited with a smile, the boy just looking at his hand before looking back at him. Jesse's smile slowly faded, but returned to his face as the boy quickly bumped his fist against the males and ran off to his mother hiding behind her leg. Standing he waved at the two of them. "Cute kid." He commented before walking out of the house and shutting the door softly behind himself. XXXXXXXXXXXX

Katie grabbed some things as she watched the blonde walk to the same side of the counter to sign the clipboard for the rental agreement. If he respected her rules, then no worries, right? Anyways the ginger filled up the pot of water as she continued to look to the male time to time, seeing what he was doing. It wasn't like she didn't trust him or anything, just curious. She saw Charlie come and Jesse kneel, and tried to talk to Charlie. "He doesn't trust people well, so he's quiet like that." She said as she finally placed the pot on the stove, and waited for the water to boil. Hearing him mention a cute kid, nodded and mumbled a slight thanks to him before he left.
About a half hour passed and the food was ready, and Charlie got a plastic bowl and Katie filled the bowl till he said stop before he rushed to the couch and took his seat. The middle seat, in front of the TV, watching Blue's Clues. After making herself a bowl, she accidentally dropped her bowl as the phone started to ring. She let out a scream and Charlie looked over Charlie stay back, stay away from the floor love. We don't need you hurt." Katie said as she tried her best to tip toe around the glass, but being only in socks, didn't help that much. Grabbing a broom and dustpan, started to sweep along the titled floor of the kitchen and felt some pain in her foot, knowing she stepped on the plate's shards. Finally sweeping the whole kitchen, tossed the broken glass away.
