Natural Ability:
shadow step - within ten feet and only up to three times a day, a short range teleportation skill

Personality: Shy, playful, trickster, Cisco was dumped on his dad before he even realized he HAD a mother. He gets dragged around from town to town a lot, though, so he's a bit insecure. Loves music, dancing, and instruments of all kinds--especially drums. Still learning to talk, but he manages to make himself understood, especially to Roch.

Physical Description:
Little human-like reaper boil that has a blonde mini-mohawk thanks to his dad and gets stuck in jewelry all too often. Sort of like this.

Eye Colour: silver
Hair Colour/Style: short mini-mohawk in blonde
Skin Colour: white
Clothing Style/Colours: torn up jeans, tanktops with Sally or Jack printed on the front, black stud earrings, necklaces, a skull ring hanging from a chain around his neck. He's constantly followed by his dad's England's Bull, Treble.

Facts about Cisco:

The Scythe: ATM his planned scythe is a drum set--which are actually two floating discs that sound like drums when beat and a set of drum sticks. The center part is actually a drum skin, but the edges are blades. They can be thrown like a discus. The drum sticks are pointed and metal, and can be used like spikes. It'll grow with age and training. He would get a bass drum-like one that works as a shield Y3. He won't get any of this until he's older, of course. (this is just what I imagined, it can be tweaked to fit Halloween standards)

ALSO (with permission from vamps) Cisco already has the drumsticks--but they're always covering the pointed ends with rattles taped to them so he doesn't hurt himself!

The Style: He's going to grow up thinking punk is the norm. So honestly, he might go more grunge than punk as he gets older. He might try to rebel by listening to blues, or something, which Roch would find hysterical (but not mention. Roch grew up on blues.)

The Plot: Roch KNOWS he did something extremely stupid--he doesn't need people telling him that, or so he thinks. He's keeping the kid a secret for now, until someone volunteers or I can talk someone into doing a "Whoops--I got caught" rp. This is not a boil that will get a lovely open house rp, I'm afraid. This is more of a... "Roch was a dumbass over a ghoul again" kid. He'll be raised unconventionally, no mom to be seen (although his aunt Terra might become his future nanny.)

He'll be walking soon (since I backdated his origins) and almost as soon as he's walking he'll be running. There are things to do and people to see! He'll get odd obsessions at random, and force people to watch what HE wants to watch a lot, or go where HE wants to go.

Note on plot: if there's problems with his BG story, I'll just make how Roch got him a huge mystery. One that he tells a different lie about every time.
