Personality: Jacklyn has a tendency to take things literally; as such she has a poor sense of humor. She enjoys things to be constant. Jacklyn goes with the flow with almost anything: almost. She has a strong sense of what is right and wrong, problem is she's terrible at expressing it. If there's a flaw in this nonchalant teenager, its that she's terrible at expressing herself and her opinions, especially around people she doesn't know very well. You could consider her a bit prideful due to this inability to put her feelings into words, so her pride sometimes gets in the way to make a simple problem into a bigger conflict than usual.
Personal History: Jacklyn Regulus was the youngest daughter of a very business oriented family. With famous older siblings, she had to not only top whatever her brothers' decided to do, but completely out-do them. Her parent's standards for her were unrealistically high, so no matter what she tried to do she always fell just out of their level of expectation. Despite this pressure, she's tried to maintain a cheerful disposition. "If I can't change it," She thought to herself, "Why bother? I'll just go with it." Thus she developed her carefree personality...dual personality that is. She may appear to be strong, but in reality she's scared or on border-line of tears. Due to her parent's ignorance to their child has lead her to be socially awkward, unable to easily connect with others. Although people admire her brothers and adore her parents, she's neatly left out of the picture. Jacklyn always desired a place where she was wanted.

Abilities:
Ribbon Revolution - She can tell where people are using her pendant. However, she has to have known the person long enough to develop a bond. The only exception to this is if they are a person related to her by blood.
Tri-extension - Trident can extend itself to a certain length to help her catapult herself.
Powers:
Cerulean Breeze - Allows her to control a wind current to blow away enemies.
Sapphire Tornado - Summons a tornado to do some damage. The size and ferocity of the tornado depends on the energy spent.
Azure Flight - Can fly for a short duration of time. With some practice, she might get better at it.
Sailor History: "Fine! I didn't want to be a doctor anyway!" Jacklyn pouts as she strolls down the streets of Tokyo. Something shiny catches her eye, and she saw a glimpse at the most gorgeous sapphire necklace she's ever seen. She was never fond of jewelry, but this necklace was...different somehow. It was as if there was a force pulling herself toward it. Jacklyn had to have it.
After purchasing the item from the store, she tried it on. When she did, Jacklyn felt a rush of energy the likes of which she's never felt. (Unless you count that one time where she tried a Red Gull, but we don't talk about that.) Her heart was pounding a mile a minute, Jacklyn wasn't quite sure what was going on. This feels exhilarating! What is this feeling?
It wasn't till later that she found out she was selected to be Sailor Sapphire. She wasn't sure what it meant, so after arranging some things with her parents and pulling a few strings, she heads out to Crystal Tokyo to find out what it all means...

Amelia is the definition of chill: nothing ever seems to bother her. No matter how crazy it is, Amelia will never lose composure. She is tactful and collected. She isn't one to lose her temper...well, at least not super often. Amelia has a tendency to be a bit short-sighted though, her cool personality being a bit slow to the punch. Likewise, she is also prone to forget easily due to her aloof personality.
Personal History:
Amelia had recently moved to Rose Falls to live with her Aunt as it was better for her education. When she arrived, she could feel something in the air, but dismissed it. Amelia just figured it was just the feeling of a new place, nothing more.

It was raining when she found it. She was waiting at a bus stop to go back home when she heard something reminiscent. Amelia turned to see what was calling to her, but found no one. She shrugs, but something glittering caught her eye. A small sapphire pendant. At first, Amelia didn't think much of it. If anything, it belonged to someone else. Amelia thought. Despite her thinking this, she kept looking back at it.
She mentally kicked herself as she stuffed it into her bag.
