It has no story carved into its blade, perhaps having been too small for use in war in such times...but a new story may be written in the modern age, for whose with the skill to wield it. A dagger for the little people...to strike a blow to resound throughout the ages. (Break -karn spells when striking with Sting. Deal added Light damage in addition to Phys.)
