Manic reindeer prancing through the night and tromping along the tops of your homes, that terrifying 'pitter-patter' arising like a clatter on your rooftop like little death knell-ringing in the ears of frightened children the world over! Unmarked boxes! The mystery and fear of what lay within! ...That's right, everyone knows the true spirit of GUILDMAS...and that spirit is horror! That spirit is mystery! That spirit is...is...a spirit! ...DON'T...say...anything, Haruto! ...*Ahem* And that is why on the 4th Day of GUILDMAS2014!!! I've decided to host the first ever Goth-Horror Christmas Cosplay Contest! So that one and all can dress their avi up as the horrible Christmas creatures of their deepest, darkest nightmares!"

It's a time when people reflect on loved ones both living and the spirits of those who are dead, isn't it? ...And if you break down the myth of Santa Claus, breaking into homes through the chimney, raiding your cookies and milk, and chastising children he deems naughty with coal, it can come off a little dark, can't it?"

Costume Contest Rules (w/ The Notorious Ishi-G!)
1. To enter you must dress your avatar in a cosplay or costume which deviates from your usual avatar's attire...the theme for your avi should be some balance between "Christmas", "Goth", and "Horror". This cosplay may be original, a character of your choosing, etc. You must keep your avatar in-costume until the contest ends and post an image of it with your entry in this forum.
2. One entry per-person.
3. Fill out the form at the bottom of this post and then post the form in this forum in order to enter the contest.
4. 3 Winners (Grand Prize, Runner-Up, and Consolation Prize) will be selected by a panel of judges (Rednal, Arena Emperor, Necromonium, Great Ryoman!, Yokoalchemist, Zorc James, and Hibarii Chan) who may also enter, but cannot vote for themselves. Please do not lobby or bribe judges to vote for you. Attempts to sway a judge by unscrupulous means is an automatic forfeit. Such things decrease the fun of the contest.
5. Winners will be chosen at the end of the contest. Prizes will be revealed at that time. Entries must be in by December 25th or they will not be eligible for the Grand Prize.
6. More rules may be added later.
