Jigoku, otherwise known as hell; is the realm ruled by Konngara from her domain at the Silent Temple. There are many various branching portals leading to the other areas of hell as well as the surface around the Silent Temple that Konngara can easily use to monitor the activity in hell, or visit others if her duties of the day have been accomplished. Jigoku can easily be accesssed from certain areas in Gensokyo: The Hakurei Shrine, Former Hell, Where the Ancient City and Chireiden lie, or the deeper parts in the underworld such as the Hell of Blazing Fires and the Nuclear Furnace.
To gain Access to Jigoku, you need to visit a place of direct entry to the realm, such as the Hakurei Shrine or Former Hell and it's respectiver areas. You will be welcome warmly so long as you do not get on Konngara's bad side.
