The patch is apparently no good. People are reporting more problems with the patch than without. Characters are losing scars, freckles, etc., hair is now super shiny, characters lose hair altogether, game crashes/freezes/refuses to load/etc., the list goes on.

Yeahhhh! There's been a lot of issues with the patch. I am kind of thankful the Xbox-One patch didn't come out yet (though it seriously needs one because quite a few convos are really buggy). Hopefully everything will get fixed soon...
