Despite the places name, it technically both serves as a garden, and a park. Often times, certain parts of the park seem to be covered in fog that will slowly spread throughout the rest of the park, thinning it out a bit. The parts that start out covered in the fog are usually the areas with the thickest of it. Weather and temperature doesn't seem to change this for some reason. (I'm going to make this description better soon, just wanted to get something up for now. XD)
