Unlike other shopping districts, this section of the city has it's streets set up for foot traffic only, and has stalls on each side set up with all sorts of things for people to gawk at, haggle for, or even to eat. Most stalls are run by the people who had a hand in making what they sell, unlike other shops that mostly sell manufactured things, unless they were a sort of craft shop or a restaurant of sorts.

Instead of having buildings to shield from the weather, this section of the city generally has pavilion like areas set up for people to stand under or to sit under to keep themselves dry. It can also serve for a place to sit and eat your meal.
