Hair: two tone gray, and a dingy off-white. Styled like a mop or rag doll, shaggily hanging over and potentially covering his eyes.
Cutie Mark 8D: A rag mop (the ones with white rags and a brown handle) in a silver bucket. Maybe some multicolor bubbles like soap bubbles.
Brief Character Description: While generally a somewhat drab phony, Mop gets unusually excited whenever he is allowed, or asked to help, clean. Perhaps it's how he's been programed. In fact, Mop pretty much loves to help, he will not say no. Even if he might fade into the background sometimes, he's always got a smile anyways. Mop can usually be found anywhere someone has asked him to clean floors, windows, dishes, or anything else. Often you will be treated to an almost show-like display as he cleans.
