The black box will have the last item to be released via. Black Box from the Black Friday Sale inside it. The only way to obtain the previous sets is to open on the day that the particular set is released.

The Amulet was removed from Daily Chance due to user feedback. No additional Amulets were won when it was in Daily Chance. We will be reviewing what we should do with the Amulet.

A lot of users have reported being unable to buy the zOMG Grab Bags and then for those that can buy them and open them up, the contents can't really be sold on the MP, they're said to not exist/not yet have been listed, even when people have put them listed.

I can't get into the Alchemy page for like 3-4 days already. All I see is a blank page. I checked with another account, it can access to it within seconds.

A large inventory might be what is preventing you from being able to access the alchemy page. Might want to see if you can shrink you inventory a bit and see what happens.

Question: Now that platinum tickets are becoming a "gaiafame item" which is honestly ridiculous its almost impossible to obtain one. Do you still have plans to release rigs or even other things where its a chance to get a platinum ticket or other project's planned in the future. It's not overly difficult but not something we currently have planned. In regards to raising the payouts of games, recently we increased the payout of Booty Grab by 500x. In one game it's fairly easy to get 50,000 gold, you would only need to collect 100g in a single game. Over time we will also be updating the payouts to other games and of course forum posting/surfing.

Okay, I have a question since it has been bugging me for a while now. Is there any way to make it so that you can actually see the size of the images/gifs that you are going to use in a signature? I mean, I have been flagged twice for it and I had no idea that I had a large image size until then, and couldn't figure out a way for me to tell how big the file size was until I literally had to go to another site and use the same image to find out. It wasn't like the images were offensive or anything, just the image sizes were too big. I think this would help to cut down on the number of people having large gif/image sizes if we could actually see that they are too big or if a warning popped up when we were previewing the signature in question.

You can check the size of an image by right-clicking on an image and clicking "View Image Info" or "Properties" (depending on your browser). This will tell you how large the file size is and what the dimensions are.

If they are in fact considered donations than many should be able to take a tax claim for any year that they "donated"

I believe only housing specific items might be able to be used for housing now, but we'll find out for sure and if you are supposed to be able to use it in housing, make sure that you can.

These events can be fun for all users to participate as they don't require them to spend gold or cash in order to partcipate.
You've had tons of them in the past, from exclusive collections from Macys and Christiano Sirano in the shops, to watching movie trailers to get an item based off the movie.
Has your promotions department disappeared or merely forgotten about the outside world?

I wrote about this last week in AtS about users not being able to access certain lakes in Fishing. This is still going on. If you look in Bassken room Vathilia III my account is p0 and wont leave. It has been over a week now. However, I did find out if I change my username or move that username to another account I can access Bassken lake but when I returned the username to this account I am still locked out. It is the same for another user. Then few other users are just stuck in the lakes loading server. They arent in rooms but are unable to access certain lakes. I saw Narumi Misuhara visit a fishing room early last week but I have yet seen any progress to fix this situation.

What are the chances of Gaia online taking on volunteers for various projects. There are so many things that could be done with our beloved home here and we understand that at times staff falls short of being able to address every issue or request, yet there are a lot of talented people in this community who are capable and want to do it just because they care. I mean getting good references from Gaia Interactive would be amazing for some just starting out on their career path. Who knows, maybe you will find a few new permanent hires or outright geniuses,while getting issues and silly update demands resolved.

Would you consider taking in volunteer devs, artists, or admins?
What are the chances of Gaia online taking on volunteers for various projects. There are so many things that could be done with our beloved home here and we understand that at times staff falls short of being able to address every issue or request, yet there are a lot of talented people in this community who are capable and want to do it just because they care.
