Darius was the child of an orcish raider and a woman of the woods, who fell in love with each other from afar, one by beauty, and one by nature's whim. The orc gave her a child, but went off to never return with his warband. After Darius was born, his mother raised him to respect the wilderness, but his blood boiled for something more. He hungered for battle, and his mother couldn't control the rage that built up inside him. However, she could give him an outlet. A bow, some arrows, and a small hand axe were given to him with her blessing, and she told him to hunt unnatural things and erase them from this earth.
