Abilities: Keji uses an odd mixture of gadgets and magic, some of which is inspired by Blazblue's Kokonoe. Keji can set beacons that can control the flow of a fight, however these take a few seconds to actually activate, unlike Kokonoe who can set them and use them instantly. He can throw small fireballs and set a portable shield down to absorb punches and magic, for about 4 seconds. Keji also has some basic hand to hand combat training that works in conjunction with his flow beacons. For self defense against say, a robber or whatnot, he also has a magnum, but tends to not rely on it for personal reasons. But if it's his last option, he will use it.
Personality: Quiet, calm and collected. Mood varies, but when in a bad mood he is no nonsense. When under pressure, he snaps and just breaks down crying.
Personal History: Some call him a genius, others call him mad. But really, Keji Fujimura is simply lonely. At the age of 5, he witnessed his mother and father's brutal murder at the hands of a robber. From then on, Keji became slightly unhinged, working on his studies day and night to become what he is. However, he also is a bit of an anime fan and was particularly fascinated with Sailor Moon. This is when Keji had an idea.
Ever since building a small lab, he had been working on a dimensional transporter (for a total of 5 years actually), and had actually wondered if he could visit this interesting universe. During the intial experiment however, a bit of the residue exploded and landed on Keji's back and when the device transported him, he gained the ability to use magic alongside his gadgets due to the dimensional influx.
And while he did land in his favorite universe, Keji soon learns it's not all magical girls and yokai, and now must make a stand to defend his existence.
