Wakahisa Labs Developmental Theories Department.:
-- Within Wakahisa Labs is a wing most known to house the ideas of all those within Squad 12; this is the Developmental Theories Department. The DTD is where all ideas are stored, processed, and then judged for forwarding to the Developmental Laboratory. Any within the Gotei 13 may come to the DTD and give their ideas. Ritsuko Wakahisa most frequents this Department, due to her always having ideas, and also loving to see theories and new ideas that others have come up with. Those who judge the Development of a project will be Ritsuko, 12th Division Lieutenant, and the 3rd Seat. If not all, or if Ritsuko is not present, then projects cannot be passed until Ritsuko has given approval. After the Departmental Approval, Ritsuko forwards the ideas on to the Captain-Commander for final approval. Once all procedures for Development are complete, she will send it to the Dev Lab, where the project will be born into a new technology for the Seireitei.
