He walked up to her and patted her shoulder.
"You're not a monster. I know a few. My herd is quite large. Every Halloween they are always more visible, but otherwise they stay quiet."
He smiled at her.

Miranda blinked a bit surprised. "You know other vampires? Do you know how they survive without having to drain ponies of their blood? Considering that is the only thing a common vampire can do. I have heard of tales where some vampires can get by with a substitute, but I have not had any luck." She smiled a bit. "Well thanks for being understanding. It's nice to have some company for once instead of someone running away in terror."

"I think they eat animals, not really sure. I think some may eat ponies. We don't talk much. I mostly just say hi." He shrugged. "I'm always around and I'm always happy to keep you company." He smiles and hugs her.

Miranda was a bit surprised at how welcoming this pony was. Normally most ponies shooed her off their land, but this one took her in. "I see. Well thank you. I could always use some good company." She hugged him back. "Is there anything I can do for you to pay you back for your kindness?"
