Constanta showing him the ropes, or showing up for a surprise inspection and finding some of his stories? Something else? Edit: I'll have to get back to you tonight. I've got to head to work.

I think showing him the ropes might be the first thing we do. The second can be another rp after that one.

She asks questions when she has them and will also stand by her decisions and fight tooth and claw for them. She's not the most social of B'alams, but that's just because she likes to spend her time with her nose in some scrolls learning everything she can. She eventually wants to become a Mangus but knows she's got a ways to go before that can happen yet. She want's to be someone others can come to for help or support if need be and thinks she'd make a fine leader down the road.
