Haru Tanemura was born the second child of Ritsuko and Kaga Tanemura. They were a very loving family, with their genius pianist older son, Hiro, and their amazing vocalist daughter Haru, the Tanemura's enjoyed the time they spent refining their skills and becoming closer as a family.
Sadly, that only lasted for a short time.
One day, Hiro and Haru were pulled out of class, with the shocking news that their parents had been murdered at their home. With only greedy relatives to take care of them, The sixteen year old Hiro waited until he turned eighteen to get custody of his then nine year old sister.

They enrolled her in a prestigious private schools, a place where she was bullied mercilessly. Only one person would listen to her, and that was her teacher, Ira Yamato. Sadly, she leaned on him so much that he ended up seducing her, as well as asking her for money, and not even acknowledging her musical talents. The year that Hiro actually managed to take custody of her, she was thirteen. Yet during this time, she'd slept with Ira.
After seeing how much of a mess his baby sister had become, Hiro pulled her out of the house as quickly as possible, and moved to a new place. Now, living on their inheritance, Hiro's fame as a pianist, and his side job as a romantic novelist, Haru enters a new chapter of her life.
