Personality: Scarlet is your typical "happy go lucky" type of gal. Though very aloof in her actions; her head always seems up in the clouds for one reason or another. For some reason, it has never seemed to effects her grades or level of intelligence. For the most part anyways. Regardless, she is found with a smile on her face most of the time and having that innocent type of aura about her. She approaches anybody out of ease and is very open about her feelings or what may be on her mind. Though she does know the importance of a secret of a good friend! She is easy to impress through words or actions. The only times Scarlet ever seems to get serious is whenever someone actually finds a way to gets on her bad-side or if she's working around on her laptop.
History: Scarlet was like most children whose parents came as weapon and meisters. Other than her mother and father, she lived with her uncle, grandmother, and other 3 brothers in a moderately large abode due to family size. Her father, a meister, lived as a computer programmer who job constantly forced him to travel around the world, much to Scarlet's discontent. Whenever he would return from his travels, he would spend as much time possible with his precious children and wife. Her mother, the weapon, worked part time as a busybody for other people, gaining a little income just to see her family. Grandmother was grandmother. Happy, cheerful, adorable old woman who worked still was very capable in her meister state of mind, though her partner has long since been gone away. Her siblings varied as different meister and weapons and each fairly distant in age. Overall, it was truly a loving and supporting family until the end. Its through this that formed Scarlet's innocent and happy nature. No tricks to this story.
As Scarlet began to grow, her powers began to increase along with her as transformation quickly became second nature. It wasn't long before Scarlet began using her chain-linked arm as a grapple to pull her body along. Just to get out of walking from place to place. To this day, she has a little habit of doing such acts. Her family would just laugh though her older brother would tend to punish her for being so "lazy" or "stupid" about using her transformations all willy-nilly. Though it probably wasn't the best of ideas, her grandmother and mother continued on with their training with Scarlet. Just in hopes she would become a fine weapon for a meister. By the time she had reached the age of 15, she had become enrolled to DWMA to learn more and more about the world around her. And hopefully even more techniques to better herself and her soon to be partner. Though her family had set her whole life for her, Scarlet was truly happy..but felt something was off and missing. She still searches for the reasoning today.

Techniques:
- -Self Techniques-
❖Partial Transition :: Scarlet is able to transform part of her body into the weapon she is. Most commonly, her right arm is transitioned to the chain. To either choke or pull her enemies in closer. Maybe even to tie them into all one grouping.
-Upon Starting Out w/Meister-
❖Full Transition :: Scarlet's body is now in complete transformation for her meister to wield. He(or she) can fight however their style may be and use her at any time to take advantage.
❖Upwards Ascent :: Still Trying to Master Ability Strictly as name implies. If Scarlet is spun at high enough speeds from her chains, she can give her meister temporary levitation off from ground.
❖Snake Bite :: Possible for stealth or regular attacks. Her meister would throw chain and sickle close to the ground, holding onto the Ball portion of the weapon. The chains would appear to come to life as she "slivers" about the ground and after the intended targets. The chain would wrap around her opponent's legs and force them to stumble to the ground. Blade would be raised to strike at any moment her prey would attempt escape.
❖At Bell's Ring :: Places a tad bit more power into the ball at the end of the chained sickle. To make it more bulkier and heavier on her opponents. Her meister would swing then throw this portion of her as she would aim to "bonk" the opponent wherever aimed.
❖Soul Resonance :: Will vary according to Meister
