August 27th, 2019: Lanzer ligotti Features?What is the situation with autoplay on profiles? There was clearly a fix, but the videos are muted automatically. There had been a couple of changes on Chrome and Firefox, and autoplay is prohibited unless the video is set on mute. It's unfortunate that this is out of our control. I guess enough people complained to Google about autoplay that they changed the requirement.

September 17th, 2019: Jak Bauer Dundaclap Profileis there a way we could get the auto mute turned off on the new profiles. I would like to hear my music and I like hearing other peoples music too. Hi there, Unfortunately it is out of our hands. The autoplay feature was changed on a browser level (so out of Gaia's hands to change) to automatically mute. This is across browsers, sorry. Lanzer It's a restriction on the browsers, no auto-play unless mute is turned on. sweatdrop

October 1st, 2019: Lanzer AlwaysKeepFighting Bugs: ProfileI was editing my profile page, a few hours back, and when I hit the "Save" button, the page reset itself back to the old settings, bringing up all the extra 'Contents' (like Wishlist, About, Aquarium etc.) that you'd normally find on the profile page of a newly created account. I don't know what made it do that, but when I re-did the entire page again, it switched back to the same old factory page setting. I didn't tamper with the CSS codes in any which way. I've been using the same CSS Codes for a couple of years now. And now, the Aquarium section, is the only one of it's kind, that doesn't have an edit option on it.. so I can't take it off the page. Also, when I'm in 'Edit' mode, the avatar next to me, on the page, appears closer to my avi, but once I click on 'View', after saving the changes, the avatar now appears a bit far, from where I had normally positioned it to be. Could someone please look into this matter? I think our system is facing some caching issues that also affects other things like the notification system. I thought I had it fixed but the problem still persisted. I will be working on it for the rest of the week. Hope I can get it fixed soon.

October 15th, 2019: Lanzer Nash-eoke_ the patcher Did you guys just do a fix on Profile where after all these years I can move attached pictures , Text and Captions , without 10 mins of Click and Dragging to get things in the Right place . If so Thankyou thankyou . I am soo happy ! It saves so much time now that I can just slide these thing down the screen , scroll and do it again . Rather than giving myself an Aneurysm xd I'm glad it's working for you now. We made a number of encoding optimizations but not related to Javascripts, can't say I know exactly how we fixed your issue. sweatdrop

October 22nd, 2019: Lanzer Castiel Lover FeaturesWhen you view someone else's wishlist, there are pink check marks for the items you own. In the last month or two, these check marks have been showing one row up and one row to the right of the item you actually own. Can you please look into this annoying bug? Also, not all items that we own get the check marks for some reason. But this is a longer standing bug. Looks like we messed up the formatting. Should be an easy fix. 3nodding Lanzer Anbu Amala FeaturesWill you guys have a substitution for media panel/outlet for profiles which will allow us to auto-play our music? In my opinion there's hardly any point in making or trying to code my profile anymore because of lack of music and certain CSS codes no longer working. It's a shame that auto-play with music is being phased out. If there's another service you'd like to see, let me know and we can implement it pretty quickly.

It's been broken ever since the coding system had been updated by Lanzer. sweatdrop Youtube requires us to change the loading box to be launched in their new system, and unfortunately their new system does not allow for auto-play with sound. I can switch it back to the old one, but it will stop working soon.

January 7th, 2020: Lanzer Purrsuasive Question Category Profiles Will the muted autoplay issue for v2 profiles ever be removed? It works on v1 profiles some of the time, but not for v2 sadly. >: We made changes to V2 profiles as it was what is required by Google moving forward, soon the V1 profile videos will not work anymore and we need to update it to what we have for V2 also. Unfortunately the new method doesn't support auto play with sound. Maybe we can just keep the old version running until it stop working. sweatdrop

I will look into making them appear in profile system.

April 14th, 2020: Lanzer Orchid Dreams Features - Forum & ProfileHello staff, There's been issues regarding the amount of plat you'll earn if you post a profile comment or in a forum thread. Profile comments no longer give out the amount they usually did on the first post which was about 100-500p (I'm not exactly sure), but now only gives out 1p. Plat earnings from posting has also dropped a bit. This has been happening since last week. It's incredibly disheartening for people who have no other means of earning plat and is a real annoyance. Thank you for the event and I hope you're all keeping safe and your families are as well. We're currently making adjustments to increase the platinum payout overall, though we messed up and it ended up messing up the reward. we will be fixing it this week and the platinum payout will increase by a lot.
