Fenrir
Fenrir is an organization that came from another world, but recently relocated to Gaia due to unknown reasons. Their base is on the edge of the Grasslands Area, near the Chocobo Farm, and connects with the adjoining sea. Their intentions are to generally make the world a better place, and unlike most organizations in the world, they actually try to do good to make this happen. Fenrir is run by Yuu Kannagi, who insists only to call him "Leader" rather than president or any other such title. He is renown in Fenrir for his superb fighting ability, being the best warrior in the organization, and outstanding leadership skills.
In Fenrir, the "military" in comprised of the Strike Units, Reconnaissance (Recon) Units, and Medical Units. All three can be deployed onto the field for different purposes, though Medical Units are typically kept at base unless they run support for a combat mission.
The Strike Units are the combat specialists, being divided by rank based on how well they fight. Fenrir Third Strike Units (FTSU) are the lowest ranking fighters, usually new recruits, and are typically deployed to quell giant rodent problems or take care of weaker monsters.
Fenrir Second Strike Units (FSSU) are above Third, being deployed to handle human targets that aren't necessarily too difficult, such as bandits or pirates.
Fenrir First Strike Units (FFSU) are the best of the three and are typically counted on for the more dangerous assignments, such as hordes of monsters or larger monsters. All FTSU units are accompanied by a FSSU unit to oversee the mission and be sure it does not get out of hand. FSSU units typically work in groups of three to four to accomplish their assignments and watch each other's backs. FFSU units typically work in pairs, sometimes bringing a Medical Unit to act as support.
In the Strike Units, there exists a fourth unit type though. The Fenrir Strike Unit Zero (FSUZ) is the highest caliber unit, and is tasked with the highest ranking missions. These units have proven their superiority on the battlefield, and almost always work solo in missions. There are only four FSUZ units currently; Javik Amell, Soma Schicksal, Liana Amell, and Alisa Amiella. These four units have shown exemplary fighting skills and leadership in some way, and thus are given the title of Fenrir Strike Unit Zero. As a result, almost all the other Strike Units look up to them and consider them heroes.
Fenrir Recon Units (FRU) are the eyes and ears of Fenrir, being sent before any missions are undertaken to gather intelligence on the problem and the strength of the enemy or the state of affairs. They are stealthy, silver-tongued and have ample fighting skills. They are headed by Kota Fujiki, the best Recon Unit and a capable fighter in his own right. The FRU are mainly sent out on intelligence-gathering missions, however they are also sent on missions that do not involve combat. If a political battle is taking place, or tensions are flaring between groups of people, they are usually sent to quell the problem or make sure that Fenrir's best interests are upheld through coercion, typically. They are accompanied by a FSSU or FFSU, depending on the severity of the mission and the journey to get to their destination. Sometimes, though rarely, a FSUZ is tasked with accompanying them if the mission is too dangerous for a lower class.
Fenrir Medical Units (FMU) are comprised of doctors, nurses, and people with natural healing abilities. FMU typically do not have many skills in the way of fighting, though some are capable enough. FMU are usually kept at base, and provide checkups on all the units who come back from a mission to treat wounds and check their health, making sure they did not contract any diseases, and if they did they would be treated before it would become too severe. FMU sometimes must go on the field, but if this occurs they are escorted by a group of four FFSU for protection.
All these missions are overseen and units are selected by the Leader, Yuu. As such, he himself rarely goes on missions or has much personal time to himself. Though if Yuu Kannagi himself were to take a mission, it would have to be a mission of extremely high priority and one that not even the FSUZ could handle. Such a mission has almost never arisen, much to Yuu's personal disappointment. He is a fair and kind Leader, inspiring confidence and love in his units rather than fear. Operations have recently begun in Gaia, as Yuu has sent several FRU to survey the landscape and report any transgressions or problems with the world back to him so he could create missions for his units to solve the problems.
The base itself is eight stories, going down into the ground rather than going up like the ShinRa Building does. The bottom floor, Floor 8 through floor 3 are comprised of barracks for the Units, who are all allowed to live in the Headquarters if they choose. Floor Eight is the FTSU barracks, housing five per room with just enough room to house so many people. Floor Seven is the FSSU barracks, housing three per room with enough room to house that many plus some. Floor Six is the FFSU barracks, housing two per room with more than enough room to house that few people. Floor Five is the FRU barracks, housing two per room with more than enough room to house that few people. Floor Four is the FMU barracks, housing two per room with more than enough room to house that few people. Floor Three is the FSUZ barracks, housing one person per room with the same sized room as the others. There are five rooms on this floor, one belonging to each of the FSUZ unit and one belonging to the Leader, Yuu. Floor Two is the Working Floor, where Yuu's office is located and there are several meeting rooms for each unit type. Medical rooms also belong on this floor. Floor One is the lobby, and it is the only floor on the surface of the planet. This is the room where one can depart from the base, and the room where parties and get-togethers take place. The rest of the space is taken by vehicles that can be used on assignments, flying, ground, and sea based. As the base is underground, any windows it has on floors other than Floor One looks out to the sea. These floors can be accessed through the main elevator or by use of the stairwell.

Yuu Kannagi  "Stay alive. No mission is more important than your life. Nothing is. Remember that." "Kannagi out!" Yuu shouted cheerily into the holo-caster, before he cut transmission with Javik. He had to snicker a bit. He loved playing around with his units like this just to get a rise from them. the FSUZ were especially fun. Except Soma. He was always so serious... "Alright, let the party continue!" The leader shouted, causing the masses to cheer and go back to their celebrations. Most of the Units were dressed as different monsters, heroes or other such things for the occasion, and Yuu had had Kota go get a large amount of candy for everyone to eat together. Yuu himself didn't have time to go out and get a costume, so he went as himself, the totally scary and terrifying leader he was...n't. He inspired his people, just not through fear."Cheers! To Javik, being the one to get the sour treatment today instead of ME for once!" Kota shouted, raising his (likely alcoholic) drink up and then drinking from it. Kota wasn't exactly old enough for such things, being sixteen, but that didn't seem to stop him."Heh, there's always next time," Yuu said with a small grin, raising his (non-alcoholic) drink up, and then taking a drink from it. "Ah... Hey, Soma! Aren't you going to join us?""This is stupid...""Alrighty, I'll take that as a no." Yuu responded, chuckling a bit to himself. He sat down near a desk, with his legs propped up onto the desk, relaxing for once in a LONG time. Days like these were always good for some R&R for him..."I think Soma needsh some ACSHUN... You needsh to get laid, Shoma... That'll looshen you up..." Kota said, putting his arm around Soma as if they were best friends forever."Good gods, is he drunk already?""Get the hell off me," Soma said, shoving Kota away, causing him to fall onto the floor and start to laugh uncontrollably. "..." Soma let out a sigh, crossing his arms and leaning against the wall. "How you're head of RECON I'll never know..." He said, causing Yuu to laugh a bit in response. "...It's good to see you take a breather for once, though, Yuu. ...Some rest every now and then does the body good, you know.""Hearing that from you is kind of funny, Soma," Yuu replied, looking at his drink. "But I'm glad you care. I'll take your advice to heart." But they both knew he would keep running things as he always had. Which afforded him about three hours of sleep a night if he was lucky."I think Alisha needsh to give YOU sum acshun, Leadur... *hic*" Kota laughed for a few moments, as if he were the most entertaining thing in the entire world.Yuu's face reddened a bit, and his heart skipped a beat. "Yes, well! W-we shouldn't discuss such.... ridiculous things, I think!" He said, clearly a bit flustered at Kota's drunken words.  (( OOC: ))

 A     "Maybe for later.." Came a teasing voice from...somewhere! It was nearby, though, with almost everyone in costume, did that mean everyone's favorite 'princess' was in her own outfit? She didn't seem to be the type to put anything but clothing of her taste and style on. Even for fun such events like this! After a moment, she gave them just enough time to try and locate her before she finally stepped out. Her outfit was in the theme of Little Red Riding Hood, a long light brown wig wrapped in red ribbon along the braids gave it an even more sweet look. She wore a short black dress under the crimson red hooded cloak,a pair of mesh black laced gloves accented her in even more elegance. This costume had to have been made by her in her own 'top secret mission'. How else would she surprise Yuu and the others? As she came up to him, she suddenly slipped behind him as he was sitting, and slipping her arms around him from behind, she leaned in ever-so-close to whisper something into his ear. "Maybe later you can be my Big Bad Wolf? " She was, certainly in character. Did she mean all this, though, was the question! It was likely she was really just putting on one big fun tease for him, it was a special time. Why not have a little fun! Then, she came around again, only to slip one arm around his shoulders as she sat there in his lap, giving him a innocent smile.

Yuu Kannagi "Stay alive. No mission is more important than your life. Nothing is. Remember that.""...Hmm?" Yuu glanced around a bit, looking for that familiar voice that belonged to the one he very obviously had deep feelings for. Even if they weren't technically together, everyone in Fenrir knew that the two had feelings for each other. It just wasn't official. As she stepped out, he blinked. He hadn't expected her to dress up... but she looked rather stunning. The shortness of the dress was so her, too. Couldn't be Alisa without at least a little of that revealing nature she had to her. Which Yuu liked, of course... As she came over to him and wrapped her arms around him from the back, his face reddened quite a bit. It seemed that, while Yuu liked to mess with all the other units of Fenrir, there was one who could fluster him to no end... One that had power over even him! Then she whispered those words into his ear, causing his eyes to go wide and him to suddenly shatter the glass he had in his hand from clenching it to hard. "...!!" Luckily, he wasn't harmed by it, and some of the FTSU units quickly came up to clean it up. Recruits typically tried to be on top of things to impress their higher ups, it seemed, and there were none higher up than Yuu. ...Except maybe Alisa at times. "Ah, th-thank you..." He told the ones who cleaned it up, then she came around and just casually sat on his lap like that. His face was deep red now, and his eyes were quite wide. "...A-Agent Alisa! Hahaha...! Y-you..." He was shaking a bit. Pretty funny really. "Y-you want some candy? We've got lots! Thank the drunk for that! Haha!" He said, quickly grabbing the basket full of sweets and offering it to her nervously. ...Yeah, it was definite that there was one unit who could mess with Yuu.Soma sighed slightly, shaking his head. "What an embarrassing scene..." He commented to himself. For the Leader to be reduced to a stuttering fool by one of his units! It could be seen as pretty embarrassing for him. Not that Yuu seemed to care too much... He barely even remembered that anyone else was in the room now, even though it was full of units. (( OOC: ))

A lisa Amiella Alisa looked down at him curiously, a slight smirk starting to appear at her lip. "My, you are tense..I'm not -that- scary to you am I? "As if she was wearing a frightening costume or something! Then, his nervousness ended in a glass shattering in his grasp, which she was thankful didn't hurt him. THAT was not part of her plan! Then again...Nursing him back to health wouldn't be so bad, would it? "Are you alright? " She had to keep herself from laughing at this point. She had never seen him THIS flustered before. Unfortunately, the more nervous he got the even more she wanted to tease him. "..Hee,hee...you know, if your not alright, I have some medical training to make you feel better.." That probably sounded pretty bad. That and the way she said it, in such a seductive toned voice, Alisa had a true evil streak. Just as he was probably close to fainting, she then just settled both hands over his shoulders, and began massaging them! All the while she sat there in his lap still. THIS was what she meant by making him feel better. Poor him. "See? Doesn't this feel better, my dear-tense-Leader..." Again, her voice dropped into a slightly seductive tone!
Meanwhile, Liana was sitting on her bed in her room, with a laptop next to her as she appeared to be playing a game, or chatting with someone. She had decided not to join in on the party until Javik returned, as such a great and wonderfully caring sister, she felt it wrong to enjoy something that was originally his idea. So, she secluded herself in her room, keeping busy with her computer instead.

Yuu said, though it was obvious that he was just playing along with this here. "You're just too strong... you'll be gentle, won't you?" Well, perhaps now he was trying to play with her as well, though it was unlikely he would have any chance to get the upper hand here. She always won. As she whispered to him once again, he gulped, his eyes widening again. Yeah, he was going to lose. "I-I'm sure there's a lot you could do to make me feel better, but... that..." He couldn't really find the words right now. It was clear she had already won. "..!" And now she was simply rubbing her victory in! Letting out a gasp, his face reddened significantly as she simply began to massage him while sitting on his lap. Ah, this actually felt nice. But perhaps it wasn't the correct place! "I-I... Th-that does feel b-better..." Yuu wasn't one to get flustered easily despite how it seemed, but Alisa had a way of getting to him with extreme ease. Perhaps it was the close bond they shared through the Resonance. "But... ah... I-I think people might be getting the wrong idea...!" He said quietly to her, as it seemed a good amount of the units were turning their heads, and whispering and some laughing. They weren't exactly uncomfortable as they might have been if it wasn't Yuu getting this sort of attention. EVERYONE here looked up to their Leader, so in their eyes for the most part anything that he did or that happened to him that was positive was a good thing for everyone. (( OOC: ))

A lisa Amiella Alisa tried SO hard to keep a straight face at this point, she was pretty good with things like this, but THIS? It was just to darn funny. Halloween may have given her some drive to be extra playful and slightly forward, more then she had ever been before which was just enough to say she was just playing for the holiday.Though, at the same time when t came to true feelings, it was obvious there was something there between the two. "..For you, I will be extra gentle.." She said, the corner of her lips curving into a smile until she couldn't stop herself from bursting into a fit of giggles. His reactions were all to perfect! The fact everyone was looking at them really did make it all that much better and far more amusing."Aww, but I don't care...do you?" She said in a playful tone, before slipping off him, as she stood there she gently slid her gloved hand down his face, smiling.."Happy Halloween." She said, before then turning away, and going over to the drinks "...Oh, Halloween! You are officially my favorite holiday!To be able to get so close to him..." Alisa thought in her mind as she began to fill up a glass with some sort of red punch.
She seemed to be beaming, her face glowing with a cheerfulness that wasn't typically there.

A lisa Amiella  A little after the party had ended,Alisa left to her room to change from her costume, to her normal attire. She had been at the head quarters for several days now, without really going out once. It was beginning to become a little stuffy inside, she needed some air. Stretching her arms over her head, yawning softly, she realized she also needed to just get out of here for a while! As she returned to Yuu, she informed him she was going to head out for some air, and check out the city of Midgar."This was a fun party, the best one yet.." She winked playfully, before turning to leave.

Javik asked the Leader, Yuu, who was sitting at his desk, typing rapidly on a keyboard and paying very little attention to his visitor."Quite sure, Javik." Yuu said absentmindedly."..." Javik crossed his arms, sighing. "I don't like just sitting around. Surely there must be some sort of mission-""Nope," Yuu said. "You need a hobby. There won't always be missions to do, you know. One day we might achieve our goal, then what?""...""Go on--go find something to do. Play some ping-pong, chat with the units, flirt a little, Get a date or two! Just have fun. If I need any FSUZ, I'll call on you, alright? Until then, dismissed.""What? But..." Javik was kind of square. He had never really done much except work--he had no real friends and he had certainly never thought of dating. The only one he was close to was his sister."Go out with your sister if you like. I don't care.""Wh-what??""Hey, I don't judge.""Th-that's... stop saying strange things!!""Hey, forbidden love is always exciting. EsPECIALLY if it's a tad.... incestuous.""Argh! I'm leaving!" Javik said, leaving the room quickly.Yuu snickered a bit. "Finally..." He knew how to push his Zero Units' buttons...Javik took the elevator up to the lobby, stepping off and looking around. A few units were sitting around, talking and having fun. He sighed. "I don't have time for this stuff... Maybe I can find some mission if I go look for one...?" Yeah, he wasn't one to sit around and relax.  (( OOC: ))

Yuu Kannagi "Don't run away! Don't run away from living... that's an ORDER!!""..." As usual, Yuu hadn't been able to find a moment to himself. He had sent several units out on missions ever since arriving in Gaia, and he had to file and plan all the missions. That meant a lot of sitting behind his desk and typing. It wasn't terribly fun. But something stopped him on this day, something that caught his attention. "...?" He looked around. Suddenly, it felt as though the air was completely different. Everything was. This was odd...
"...Ah." He looked back at his computer screen. How convenient, he had just been reviewing all the information they had on the codenamed "BEAST." "This is it, isn't it? It must be. The Beast is awake." Even though he could feel the being's raw power, the thought did excite him a bit. "Maybe I'll actually get to go on field again..!" He seemed a bit giddy just at the thought. He hadn't been on a mission in ages. He was still the best unit in Fenrir by a wide margin, but he didn't get to see much action. Very few missions called upon him to lend his skill. Maybe this would be different. "I should probably have a meeting with the FSUZ..." He said to himself, considering it. They probably felt this too, if he did... (( OOC: ))

Yuu Kannagi"Don't run away! Don't run away from living... that's an ORDER!!" Leaning back in his nice, comfortable chair, Yuu watched through the window to his office as FSSU and FFSU set up Christmas decorations. It was nice to be the boss sometimes. He didn't have to help out with menial tasks like these! Though he honestly would if not for the fact that he was exhausted after a particularly difficult day of work. It was refreshing to know that he could finally sit back and relax...And then his office door flew open, slamming into the wall. "Yuu."Yuu let out an exasperated sigh. "Soma, haven't you ever heard of knocking? It's a pretty useful trait to have.""..." The dark-skinned boy did not seem amused. "Yuu, our rations won't last forever. We can't stock up if we don't have money. We can't get money if you keep refusing to take payment for our missions. We can't eat if we have no rations. We can't do missions if we can't eat. Do you understand the vicious cycle I'm describing to you? If we don't get money, we can't get food. If we can't get food, we die.""Well, technically water is more important than food. If you don't eat food, you can last up to two weeks, but without water it's only two da-""This is a problem, Yuu.""Well, back in our world we were government-funded," Lindow pointed out as he came into the office, leaning against the wall. "Just kill Aragmi and you were good. But ever since we left, it's been a bit more complicated. Unfortunately, no two worlds use the same kind of currency, generally speaking." He scratched the side of head. "Good thing Yuu took over as Leader when he did. I wouldn't want to be managing the funds right about now.""Well, I guess the only solution is doing more missions, right? I guess we can start charging again.""It isn't really that simple. Ever since the Beast was defeated, missions have been showing up less and less.""Aw, come on. Surely there's some old lady somewhere with her cat stuck in a tree.""So I get the cat down and extort the old lady? That's your solution?""Well, who better for the job? You do have a pretty scary face, you know.""....My face is not scary." He responded with a rather scary expression. He glanced at Lindow. 'Right?" Lindow responded with a nonchalant shrug, with his usual carefree expression. Soma sighed. "I suppose I'll just have to solve this issue, then. I'll go out and find SOMETHING to do about all this." He turned, leaving out the door."Take pictures!" Yuu said, waving as he exited. "This should be good.""Yeaap," Lindow said, bringing a cigarette up to his lips and lighting it. "His solutions are always pretty extreme. And really funny." (( OOC: ))
