Her thoughts had consumed her, as well as the more she come to find out- the more she began to hate the life her mother led.
"DAMNIT!" She screamed at the water, but only the waves would answer with a crash. It was so quiet...
She relived the memories of their mother. How they were raised. To never leave too far. Mother was overprotective- and even down right obsessive with them. They rarely got to see 'grandpa' nor grandma. Not like grandma was around a lot anyways. Together, they probably saw either one of them twice in their lives. But this beach was far from the one that grandpa lived in, why mother wanted them so far away? Simple. So grandpa wouldn't put two and two together of her mother's twisted life. They were trapped, but they all knew the mother had something wrong with her, and father would always sweet talk his children back from being angry with mother. Telling them stories of how they met- the adventures they went on. How mother 'saved' his soul.
"It was all LIES!" The anger just didn't rest and at some point the ulaya smashed her hands in to the sand.... and the sand below where she had hit, was black as tar with the smell of burnt that wisped in the air.
"Ah!!!" She moved backwards, surprised... and just starred at the pads of her paws..
"Is this from you!? Father!?...Why!? What are we!!!" If only they had known their linage.. would they know they had a fire demon; their grandmother. If only they got to hear and be with their family!
Then started hitting the ground repeatedly. Until the sand had uncovered a harder surface.. but she didn't care. She didn't realize with all the darkness that her pads were starting to bleed and burn.
"I hate it here! I HATE YOU! I hate you..!!!!"
