Maximus Maximus cast a glance over to Slither and was gonna reply but as he started to speak the warrior lunged at him hugging him. Surprised by her actions he stumbled back a step and regained his balance as she stopped talking a moment. Looking down at her face and the strange whispered words he was about to say something to her but she kissed him and sent his mind reeling and he lost the little balance he had left and fell to the floor. To protect her his arms were around her loosely and when he struck the floor he was winded and the warrior's head hit his nose causing a small trickle of blood to flow down above his lips. "Oof" was the only thing he said when he hit the floor and her head met his.
The old man grinned wildly at Slither and his thoughts shifted straight to her. Her slightly motherly act simply spurred on some thoughts as he stared at her and since she seemed able to read into thoughts gave her ample to look through. Mumbling soft words he soon fell quiet and didn't pay much attention to the warrior and Maximus even when they fell.

___Slither watched in slightly concerned amusement as the woman threw herself into the healer's arms, confusing him for this 'Soren' she'd kept mentioning. Her hands lowered from their outstretched position of offering the healer an amulet and rested on her hips, arms akimbo. She noticed that the mark on the warrior's arm seemed to glow brighter as it came into contact with the healer, who, she knew, still couldn't understand what was being said. She felt a little sorry for the young man as the warrior up and kissed him on the lips, 'How confusing this whole affair must be...' She thought to herself. She walked over to the pair, now on the floor, and cast two enchantments for conjuring the amulet of hearing all meaning; one around the healer's neck, and the other around the warrior's. She stepped back. Then the attention of the old man shifted.
___Slither could feel his dirty thoughts off in his section of the living room, where he was fantasizing about about her in various highly erotic yet nurturing scenarios where she was playing the role of a lustful mother-figure and taking advantage of him. Slither held up a finger and wagged it, "Shame on you, old man. Shame!" She hissed the last word between her barred, sharpened teeth. But left it at that, if he was going to think dirty thoughts he was going to think dirty thoughts. As long as he didn't pull his trousers down and start fiddling his noodle in public, Slither would just put up with it. It's not like she wasn't used to being aware of such thoughts. She turned her attention back to the pair on the floor.
___"I've cast an enchantment for the both of you..." She purred soothingly, "Healer, you can now explain the situation." Then she stopped and looked suddenly shocked. A frown grew on her face and she wiggled her fingers and whispered a few words under her breath then tapped the healer's nose. The blood that had rolled out of it began rolling back in and the mild wound in his nose began to mend itself. "That's better" She cooed with a satisfied smile.

Ethan smiled as she finally listened to him. And then said softly," Don't mention it." He coughed for a few seconds, before saying," Well, I dont really fit in with most people. But its easier for me to go unnoticed." He rubbed his chin before saying," What all would you guys like to eat by the way? I can go bring some food out if you dont want to go inside." He looked to her, and then the wolf and the eagle. He might not be able to trully understand the two animals, but he thought she could so.
