Ok, so I had the best day today!
No, it was horrible...
This girl in my school found out someone ruined her Uggs, and I mean a giant rip at the seam, and she is blaming my friend and myself.
She confronted us while we were walking home, and accused us of doing it.
Her exact words were, "I have a gut feeling you or someone you know did this! I'm never wrong!"
She's screaming at us and we're trying to tell her calmly, no sorry, we have no idea who did it, and if we find out we'll tell you.
She didn't believe us.
She kept restating the same thing again and again, and wouldn't let us get a word in!
She doesn't want to hear our side, just what she wants to believe.
Her friends were there too, bringing up stuff that doesn't even relate to the situation..
And she kept mentioning our two acquaintances, and they had nothing to do with this either. (To be honest, I think she was still mad about the situation at homecoming, but that's not related to this situation.)
And she is so set on the fact my friend and I did this, which we didn't we just found out about it when she confronted us, and she's yelling at mostly me that, "You're parents are going to pay for this!"
Um, no they're not because I didn't do it...
And guidance is out of the question!
They either don't do anything or they'll jump on us for calling her names...
I want to find out who did it because I want to clear my name, and to shove it in her face that we're not liars.
We don't like her, but vandalizing isn't even a consideration for us.
She seems like she also has a streak of violence, so I'm scared for my well being...

What should we do?

*Update*

It all does relate back to homecoming! Who would've thought! -sarcasm-
We ended up taking her to guidance. The guidance counselor believes my friend and I, but she still believes we did it. She keeps giving us a dirty look, and is telling everyone that we did it, and I've had friends of both her and my own approach me and asked me about it. To be honest, I'm surprised she hasn't retaliated by destroying anything of mine.
I didn't do it and I don't know who did it. I'm honestly sick of her. I've been hearing rumors that we should be scared of her and that she's bitching about us. If you can't say it to my face, I'm only gonna laugh at you and think you're a nothing but a joke.
More to come hopefully tomorrow!

Report her to the authorities.

I'm gonna try guidance first if anything happens.
If it needs to be taken to that level, I won't think twice..
But the problem is the last time I went to the authorities for a bullying case, nothing was done about it.
So I fear they won't be any help either.

Then get a restraining order on her... I wish I could help.

We go to the same school, would they even do that?
It's a small school, a restraining order seems pointless, but I'll keep that in mind.
Thank you.

The school may be small, but if you have a restraining order, the only time she is allowed near you is if she needs to be, which means that at lunch, she can't sit anywhere near you, depending on the distance the restraining order says.

She already sits across the room from me at lunch, so that's not a problem, but we have the same gym, and that class only, so I'm worried about that period the most.
v - v Only 2 months into the school year and it's already resorting to this...

The principal might help.

But as I've stated, she could have a case against us for bullying as well, since we do call her some colorful words and a whale...

I'll still try it, but I don't think it'll work out well.

She doesn't do things rationally, so that skips about 3 steps; so we go straight to step 4: Ignore her. When she starts coming at you pretend she doesn't exist. When she yells as loud as she can don't even make snide comments about the absurd sounding wind in the school that day. When she makes idle threats to make your family forfeit the immeasurable sum of $20 don't even flinch.

If she doesn't get the message after a few days then stare her down when she does. Get batshit, make Gabe Newells out of piles of dandruff, get mean. When she starts coming at you, return the favor. When she Halfords be sure to Bronson right back. If she threatens you in any way; egg her on: demand that she goes through with her plans; reassuring her that every action she makes is as frail, pointless, and prone to immediate and disproportionate failure as she is. An eye for an eye.

If standing up for yourself doesn't get her to back off ten you do things the Chicago Way. Burn her. Ruin her. Embarrass her. Completely destroy her so she knows that the Wu-Tang is indeed something that should of remained ******** and will never be ******** ever again by anything or anyone for any reason at all. Even especially if it's your fault. Make every dream she will ever have be of you deleting her from existence. LEMONS.

Or you could not be a badass, chipmunk out, and just give her ~$10 to leave you alone and never talk to you again.

Those are.. Wonderful words of wisdom..
No one in our school really likes her anyway, so that takes out the destroying her. I refuse to give her a single cent! She's calling false accusations and I won't have it. We took her to guidance, and even the counselor is on our side. Though, she is telling everyone, "Look what they did to my shoes! They should be afraid of me! I'll give them something to be afraid of!"

Honey, no, I'm sorry, you should be more terrified of me... I might not look like it, but I can be one dangerous little thing~
I have found out that I was right and all of her accusations go all the way back to homecoming that was about 2-3 weeks ago, and she thinks I'm covering for the two acquaintances.

One, I never went to homecoming, so I only have what my friends have told me happened there.
Two, I can't stand the two she believes I'm covering for. I'm civil with them, I won't be a complete b***h, I'll say hi, but in all honestly I don't like them.

They're still trying to get to the bottom of everything to help clear up the issue, but her threat that we'll pay for it is nonexistent, it was her own fault for not having a lock for the locker. Our school is completely strict about that because things have been stolen in the past. They seem like those rip-off uggs too, but to her they were apparently $130. -rolls eyes-

I like your style though.
