Personality: ] Fun loving and always ready for a challenge, a master of the quick draw and rapid shot, she loves stealing Reapers kills. A stoic loner with no real friends, she takes her defender role seriously.
History: Born to normal parents, Jessie never realized her ancestors fought off monsters. No living relative had ever even heard of such a thing. A long line of half breeds had quietly passed on their abilities into their children, eventually condensing into Jessie in a strong enough concentration that she was able to absorb reishi and fire it. Early discoveries had been difficult to hide, several explosions from misfires had her sent to a boarding school. Rejected at the school by her class mates because of her 'low' heritage, she became a loner. Enjoying her quite, she trained herself to control her abilities. One day she met an odd old man in a strange shop that had not existed the week before (and didn't exist the week after...) she purchased a neat little crossbow pendant and a set of artifacts the keeper claimed were of Quincy origin. She discovered that this little bit of metal could channel her absorbed power, transforming it into a high tech crossbow/rifle. This tool made a world of difference in her training. Focusing her power siphoned from the world around her, she could fire bolts with devastating power. a set of laser swords that could be fired as arrows, and a parchment on how to use them upped her arsenal.

That's when the monsters showed up. Hideous creatures began to appear out of the woodwork. Some came for her, some came for others. She fought them as best she could, and her new bow did its work well. But it began to wear on Jessie as it never seemed to stop. Normal people were nasty before, they became outright hostile after she started ' shooting the air'. She fled the school and lived on her own. Eventually catching the eye of a mob boss. She became a part time hitman, she had a rather startling experience when her bolts hit a living person.

After a while (and significant cash deposits to her bank account) she retired from the mob, on the condition that if they needed her they would call on her again. She lives mostly free with the mob still keeping tabs on her. Her skill as a sniper are great, and shes much too fast to be caught. Her self taught training sessions had taught her how to harness the reishi in the air to boost her reflexes, attacks and even defense to a degree.

She searches for those like her, constantly on the run from the soul reapers that identify her. She had interfered on a reapers turf and now she had a bounty on her for reasons she did not understand. So far she has been able to evade the reapers, often stealing their hollows before they can take them out.

Klavier (クラヴィーア, kuravīa; German for "Piano")
The user fires a multitude of powerful arrows in rapid succession from his Spirit Weapon with a single hand without the need to make a bow-drawing movement.

Incendiary Round: Varying the reishi of the bolt fired, impacts can ignite the target in blue flames that feed off the targets Reiatsu. The flames can be put out by shutting off reiatsu to that part of the body extinguishing them. Water also works.

Anti-Hollow Round: Charging her shot for a longer period, Jessie concentrates the reishi into a super dense bullet capable of ripping through thick armor. Extremely powerful penetration, but longer cast time. Cannot be fired in rapid succession.

Blut:
Blut Arterie - 10|15 posts
All Jagdarmees and up start with this.
Veteran Sternritters and up start with this.

The offensive form of Blut which grants the user inhuman attack power. This technique is the only thing capable of ensuring a Quincy's attacks can significantly damage a Bankai-wielding Shinigami.


Hirenkyaku:

Dash (Jikkō 実行)
A quick push off of the ground (or air) allows one to effectively move out of the way an incoming attack or close a distance gap between an opponent. This technique only pushes the user about 1 meter (about 3 feet) in the direction they are moving. Automatically obtained should Air Slide be learned.

Jump (Tobu 飛ぶ)
Spiritual beings are generally more capable of jumping distances that would be considered "superhuman" when they were still alive. The highest a normal Jump can reach is about 5 meters (about 16 feet). Automatically obtained if Soul Jump has been learned.

Air Slide (Kūki Suberu 空気 滑る) - 4 | 6 posts
Much like the Dash technique, Air Slide is initiated when the user pushes off of the ground and in a certain direction. However, Air Slide allows one to "glide" across the ground or up a steep surface.

The spell does not have a specific incantation, but rather a formula. It consists of three numbers: length, width, and height but the product of the three numbers cannot exceed 4. Some Quincy have been able to add other formulae to change the shape of the wall, these incantations can take quite a bit more time.
The user throws the canister, and says the incantation. The canister breaks and forms a wall of reishi. The exact size is determined by the incantation. Normal walls are simple rectangular blocks. Some more mathematically inclined Quincy can add other formula to change the shape of the wall, from a simple arc to brain-bending fractals. The walls are quite durable; 20 cm is capable of blocking most Tier 1 Hado techniques. The thicker the wall, the more it can survive. However, the wall is just that, a wall. It can be avoided or destroyed with a powerful enough attack. It is also able to be absorbed by a strong Quincy. It is considered by many (except massive math nerds) to be one of the most boring techniques ever made. However, its simplicity makes it a useful technique to learn the basics of Ginto.

History added and Incendiary Round can now be put out with water or by shutting off reiatsu to the effected area.

Also she is only Rogue as no one has offered her a place. She could be a good war potential
