Halloween is my favorite Holiday and my Birthday!! I Love everything related to Halloween. At the Youmacon 2014 convention in Downtown Detroit around Halloween I plan on dressing up and going to it wearing my Celtic Cleric outfit.

Halloween is gaining in popularity in the Netherlands. It wasn't really celebrated untill a couple of years ago. So when I was young (.. this makes me feel old... -.- ) there wasn't any trick or treating here for halloween. We did have a similar thing going on for some other special day. Sint Maarten I believe, something from Christianity. But no dressing up as monsters or other scary things. I love halloween, so I'm glad there's more and more stuff in the stores for it and people don't look at you weirdly anymore if you're going somewhere in your costume. smile
I'm trying to make a banshee costume for this year *fingers crossed that it will turn out alright* sweatdrop .

I'm not sure what I'm going to do this year. I usually host a big Halloween party at my apartment, but I've been too busy with school and work to plan one this year.
My mom's coming to visit me this weekend, so we'll probably go to a Halloween party a local aquarium puts on after work. I'm looking forward to it!
I haven't decided who to go as. I started working on a Power Ranger helmet, but I'm not sure if it'll get done in time.... ><
