Appearing out of the bloom and outside his new dorm came Avon with a small smile upon his face. His eyes pulsing red from anticipation on his first day. He had wished his mother and father a goodbye earlier on and told them that he would visit whenever he gotten the chance. He didn't like to see himself go from a good family but if he wanted a future for himself he needed to start in a place that could teach him.
Holding onto both bags in one hand he reached into his pocket and pulled out a key. It showed the initials of F1 on it and looking up at the door that had the same letter and number on it he placed the key into the keyhole. Twisting it till he heard a click he pushed open the door and walked inside. Scanning his eyes around the room he looked at what was going to be his home from now on.
Pacing around the room he had noticed well presumably his bedroom and another one. Both identical to one another. "Huh guess I'll be bunking with someone". Interesting in the least he smiled a bit more widely before going into his room to put his belongings away.
Brean's soft clicking of her shoes echoed in her hollow body as her unbreaking gaze was kept toward's the unknown space in front of her. Her usual stoic face never changed as she remembered the message her mother, the witch, had left her. It was the basic, 'Don't feel any emotions. Don't change your bodies appearance. And don't ruin the wood as much as usual.' Brean made a small turn as she was held face to face with a door that held her number and letter of her dorm, 'F1.' With a quick glance down at the key into her hand, Brean placed the small key into the hole and clicked the lock open and let herself, and her bags, in. For a slight moment Brean's eyes lit up, but they quickly left as soon as the excitement had entered into her body.
Brean had taken it upon herself to look around before placing her bags down. Of course her stoic face never changed as she pondered the possibilities of her new living internment. However upon coming to a room that was similar to the other, Brean found a tall being already unpacking. She made a small note about his appearance and then walked off without a care in the world. She had guessed in this kind of schooling that she would have to atleast share some kind of space with other's, she would just had hoped that it wouldn't be in a dorm living style. But alas it was, and Brean was perfectly fine if her roommate didn't bother her at all, well as much. She could use the human, being, contact.
Another few steps and Brean had made it into her own room, then placed her things down onto the ground near the bed. She took a small glance around the perimeter then started to unzip her belongings and gently place them where they had to be in order for Brean to actually get some use to them. But upon opening her bag, most would call her crazy. She had four to six bags. Two where full of nothing but jewels and metal strings, sewing kit's that are 'mobile' and a sewing machine with black, dark gray, and blue cloth, as well as, some of the clothing she had already premade. The next two where basic necessities, hammer, nails, screws, screwdriver, and carving tools. And the last final two was filled with nothing but wood. Wooden logs that would seem to hold a wooden body like her's. Of course, if you looked deeper into the bag, you would find wooden sculptures and carved images. Some where of forests and tree's, while the other's where of jewels, her mother, and of random events she has seen.
After picking up these random carvings and sculptures, Brean had turned and placed some of them onto her night table and continued to start unpacking her belongings away, her stoic unchanging face never missing a beat.

Not hearing the door open nor seeing his new roommate pass his own room Avon was finding himself to immersed in what he was doing. He slowly unpacked his bags and pulled out all his clothes that he needed for years to come. His eyes trailed along each piece he pulled out to make sure that they were not torn or anything during his trip from getting here. When he was finished with his bag he placed his clothes into the cabinet beside his bed then shortly after moved his empty hallow bags underneath the bed. Turning around and letting out a small sigh of relief he sat down on his bed and kicked out his legs. He felt somewhat excited for this semester as he would meet new students and of course his roommate that he didn't notice earlier.
Collecting himself from the bed he walked over to the small library of books in his room. They seemed to have a whole assortment of books that involved novels, poetry and non fiction. It brighten up a smile to see this as he did show he would have a preference of reading material when arriving. Taking in all of the tension Avon took a step back before slowing his breathing and remaining somewhat calm. Turning around now and slowing making his way over to the exit of his room he quietly started to walk around his dorm to take in the features of this lovely establishment.
The moment Brean stepped into her room and actually started to unpack, was the moment Brean realized how many thing's she must of had in her bags. Brean's arms where already tiered, her legs sore from hauling all those heavy logs to and from. Her usual stoic features now held a small frown as she tried her best to reach all the way to the top of the closet to fully place the last log in her wooden collection. Of course her legs had to be slightly shorter then anything, but at her old house, the cabin with her mother, she could reach everything at this height. That seems to not be the case now. With an unnoticed sigh, Brean gave up and slowly placed the log onto the floor and continued onto her jeweled dust, jewels, and cloth.
After those bags where finished and placed to the side, Brean had grabbed a chair and quietly placed it onto the spot she was standing at her current attempt, and had quickly grasped the log and went back to trying to place the log ontop of the others. Her second attempt worked, slightly for she had gotten it to stay at a... Weird position, but this position went unnoticed by Brean as she climbed down from the chair and began to put it away. She heard a small scuffle of wood scrapping against wood, then felt her right arm, and left shoulder, snap as her chest did it's best to stop the log from falling toward's her face. Brean's eyes held a contorted amount of pain, but yet she didn't scream out. Not she laid there, felt the pain, then gave a small whimper. She had hoped to actually push the log off, seeing as her wooden body was made from a red wood and multiple different barks and wood sleeves, but alas she couldn't and was slightly whimpering underneath a log.

Feeling a little famished and desired to have something to eat Avon went over to the fridge to investigate what the school has put inside. He would presumed it will be nutritional supplements but that didn't stop him from having a brief of hope for something sweet and delectable. Opening up he peered inside and stared at what was in front of his eyes. "Huh..." The stored food in the fridge had a mixture of well both. A balancing of healthy and non healthy food which made a smile appear upon his face. Just as he was about to take out a packet his ears and eyes were drawn to a rather loud bang.
Closing the fridge behind him and going to investigate this sudden noise he quickly paced around the dorm till he came to the location of where he heard the thud. Scanning his eyes around the room he noticed to what seem a female trapped underneath a log. Hearing her whimper and seeing the struggle he ran over to assist her. "Don't move I'll help". With that he lightly placed his hand on her arm which felt different and not commenting on the matter he teleported both himself and her five feet away from the fallen log. He leaned down and placed his hand on her back to give her support. "Are you alright?" Avon showed a concerned whilst he looked her body over to see any injury of harm that may need some attention.
Brean's struggle was getting the poor marionette no where. She was still under the log and was practically useless, helpless, and vulnerable. But luckily she was saved by her roommate. Yes she was slightly happy, but she had wished to save herself instead, but in her weakened position she couldn't possibly lift the log up high enough to actually get it up there without falling, or breaking another part of her wooden body. She was lucky, though, to actually be made out of a wooden surface instead of skin and bone. For a split moment Brean felt herself fall slightly back, until a hand caught her, and gently kept their hand on the middle of her back to keep her up. The small female looked up, her stoic face and emotionless eyes pierced the male in a curious gaze, then looked at where her current setting was now, then back toward's her room. Brean felt confused, an emotion she studied up on quiet regularly, and hated to actually want to know what exactly had happened. A voice, her roommates she guessed seeing as no one else was here, snapped the marionette out of her gaze and forced her to look toward's the ground in solid silence. She only gave the male a nod, then walked backwards a tiny bit, but stopped when she had heard a small thump. Brean tilted her head toward's her left side to see her wooden arm slightly crushed, but with no actual screw. This made Brean perk slightly as she bent down, the already cracked pieces of her wood cracking even more, as she slowly grabbed the arm and brought herself up, inspecting the arm thoroughly. Seems like she would have to slightly fix the arm from the cracks, then replace the screw with another one.

Seeing her nod with a face that was blank as a wall Avon could only smile a bit. He was glad to know that the injuries she had gotten were not fatal. It still though didn't drawn his attention away from helping her because well come on a log did fall down and nearly crush the poor girl. If he was in this situation he'd simply teleport out of harms way before anything could crush him but in this girls case she wasn't as fortunate.
He watched as she took a few steps back and seeing the result in her arm he took a step forward to get a closer look. Tilting his head he noticed what seemed like well cracks in her arm. There was no blood nor no bruises just cracks and what looked like bolts. What was this girl? He wasn't thinking about asking as it wasn't appropriate right now. He needed to help her with the situation at hand. "Miss do you need me to help you?" He wasn't really sure what to do. Should he take her to the hospital or help her repair the damage on her arm? He didn't know and that made a curious but concerned look appear on his face. He tried to hide the curious part but as per usual he was very fascinated about the unique traits in other organic beings.
Silence yet again after the male had asked to help her. Brean contemplated the idea. If he where to help, then Brean would have to speak step by step on what he actually has to do, if not then she would have to struggle through the painful torture of keeping her body angled as she screwed her arm back on... After a minute or two Brean looked up at the male and nodded, then went back toward's her room with a small signal for him to follow. After entering the duplicated bedroom, Brean went over toward's the dresser. She placed the arm ontop of the wooden mass with her free, attached arm, and pulled open one of the many hiding spots of her items. The drawer was neatly organized with tools, jewels, cloth, and screws. Brean looked through the many different items as she grabbed four screws and a screwdriver. With a heavy sigh, which was surprisingly quiet, Brean handed the male the screws, went back to the dresser and grabbed the arm, then returned back to the male and placed the arm beside him.
She took a second or two to stare at the male, like she was searching herself from his eyes, then slowly pulled the strap from the top of her dress to reveal her wooden body being smoothed, pained with a clear coat to give off her birched, light pale skin, and a corset. Taking another look you could easily see screws in her neck, four, and both of her arms, four each. Only her one arm was still attached, as well as her neck. Brean took a small second as she tried to adjust her top part of her dress, then turned herself to the side and showed her missing arm hole with the missing screws, which was probably in her body somewhere. With her free arm, Brean grabbed the arm and held it in place, waiting for her roommate's actions.

Avon watched as she nodded and seeing the signal to follow he did. He noticed a rather peculiar thing about this girl. She definitely wasn't human as last time he checked he didn't remember seeing body parts as smoothed out wood pieces. He didn't want to ask her the question about what she was since one it was rude and two it definitely wasn't relevant right now. He followed her out of the room and back to her own room where she hinted him to assist with putting the arm back into place. He gently took the screws from her along with the screwdriver and waited till she gave him the go to help reattach an arm to the whole that was left open in her arm. He felt a little disturbed over this as it wasn't every day you'd see someone as unique as this individual in front of him.
After she gave him the go he walked over and began to insert the screws into her arm and feeling a little hesitant he began to twist them into place. This wasn't exactly a fun thing to do due to worrying over hurting her so he tried his best not to cause any physical pain when assisting her. When all four of the screws were in he took a few steps back and looked at her with a more prone look. "Is that better?" He asked with a soft but curious response.
A soothing feeling washed over Brean as her newly attached arm was fixed to perfection. A small tug on the arm as Brean began to move around, then a small nod and a quick glance at the male, then she grabbed the screwdriver and walked back over toward's the dresser drawer and placed the item inside, "Thank... You..." Brean whispered barely audible. Her hushed voice gave her a small disgust in the pit of her stomach when she wasn't talking to just her mother, but she would have to deal with it, she was in a new environment, filled with multiple different people and things. She might as well get used to talking, right? Still she had to be polite, "Brean. Marionette." Someone needs to know, and he was going to ask sooner or later, so why not beat him to it right?

Smiling and seeing that she was okay Avon watched her go over to the drawers to put away the screwdriver. He heard a whisper of appreciation and nodding he responded with "No problem". He was happy to help anyone in need so if she wanted anymore of his assistant then he was here to oblige. He looked around the room for a few seconds and just seeing everything so damn identical made him wonder if the other student's dorms were the same. It wouldn't be exactly exciting if they were since it would show the school less well open. Snapping his attention back to his new roommate he watched as she turned around to face him. Raising his eyebrows he smiled at her before announcing his own name. "Avon Herocroix". He found that her last name seemed a little odd but then before coming around he'd realize what she just said. She was a stringed puppet now that certainly put a lot of things in perspective despite the fact she had no strings on her. He never in his life time heard of one being alive and walking and talking like this but the world is filled with unique and interesting things. "I'm an angel though not what you'd really expect". He was that race but being the cast out he was a little less angelic and more human.
