Arie the City of the Sky is a City almost entirely inhabited by Hawkmen and Angels. The City is lined with Watch Towers in order to observe all incoming and outgoing air traffic. The City itself was built upon a large portion of Flowstone giving it the ability to fly. On the main section of the City is a Shrine to the Hawkman God Dwight Windrall. This particular city is currently located above the Canarian Ocean.
The entire City is roamed by Hawkman warriors and guardsman. They are there to ensure travelers do not take pieces of the ground that keep their home in the air as well as to maintain order. They all wield large axe weapons. Angels also patrol around the city. Many angels are in higher positions around the city.
