there find to send from the guild by all both members and crew members, i just want to clarify that for users in here ok , FYI vice can always send them too
by the way the character count at the top of the guild is for making sure you dont go over the 1500 character limit for announcements , its an offsite program but it only calculates characters and is done by the java people so its safe to use
QUICK NOTE: although anyone can send them at any time i would appreciate it if new members waited between 3-7 days before they sent there first one out but i wont do nothing if you break the rule its just sort of a get used to the guild rule first nothing more
