Personality: Rei is a shy girl, that mostly keeps to herself. Mostly no one comes around to talk to her because of the blank stare she gives other (shown in the picture above.) Her steely grey eyes, make her seem pissed off whenever she is around someone, or when another person comes over to talk to her, but actually she is just nervous about what others might think about her.
History: Rei was born into a small family, in Death City. She was both of her parents pride a joy since the day she was born, but soon that changed in them. As the blonde haired girl turned 6 years old, her parents all of a sudden decided to start to neglect her and ignore her, as if she was invisible. Every time she would try to get her parents attention, they would brush her off. After getting that treatment for 2 more years, Rei decided to run away and head towards a place where she could feel more at home, and not be neglected. Being on the streets for about a month and a half, a older woman, who looked to be able to have a child, found Rei and took her to live with her. Rei was glad that someone had actually noticed her as well as that she would be able to live in a family setting. The older woman was just as sweet to the eight year old girl thought she would be. As the girl grew older, she began to smile more, but then tragedy struck the blonde haired girl she began to go into a hole that she bottled up her feelings. The thing that happened when Rei was just 14 years old was that her adopted mother was killed by a robber, and the blonde didn't know about until the day after it happened. She was so depressed that she couldn't help but keep away from people and become her shy self that she is now.

Techniques: Dragon Fist - When Rei focuses her wavelength into her fists, you can see almost a head of a dragon on her fists. During combat she unleashes her fist right into the stomach or the jaw of the enemy and it blows them away to about 200 yards.
