While that'd be neat, I'm not sure I can see gaiaonline bothering to do that. If they did, it would probably only be pikachu, or maybe pikachu and the three original starters. Anything more and they'd get people complaining that their favorite pokemon isn't available, and I can't see them doing every pokemon.
I think they'd be more likely to do a spoof, like something that is close enough in design to make people think about pikachu, but far enough away that they can claim in court that it isn't

They would need nintendos full permission in order to do so. Thats why they came out with the mogas.
