I wonder whose idea it was to have dumb one-off event characters instead of tying it in with the main plot?

Hey kids there's a thread in the SOP guild that hopefully clarifies what's going on with the plot and makes me feel like a little bit of heel for not better understanding the original message. While it's news on the good side it does confirm that we won't be having Gino vs Nyx for Halloween and that the schedule of things has changed somewhat. This in no means should be taken as a sign that we shouldn't continue to show the staff just what the plot means to us.
