Bio:
Augustus was raised in a broken family. His father was usually never around, and his mother is an alcoholic who is very abusive. He had an older brother named Chase, but Chase died in a car accident four years ago. Augustus has basically raised himself since he was seven years old, and he has moved many places and attended many schools. They weren't necessarily poor, but they definitely weren't rich. He doesn't talk about his past much, mostly because it still hurts him. His father only calls on his birthdays, and doesn't usually remember how old Gus is. His mother does nothing but lay on the couch and drink all day, and when she speaks to him it's only to insult him or demand he cooks her dinner. He usually would stay with some friends for a few weeks to get away from all the cigarette smoke and drunk men his mother would bring home.
