Manifestation:
"Impact Boost" - A forceful punch transfers *Neera's* life force and energy to her opponent/ally (i.e strength, speed, stamina). It can also restore injuries or wounds. The harder Neera slams her fist into an "opponent" --the more effective the healing becomes. Her target will feel the blunt of the blow (and possibly can get knocked over) but receive no injuries from the impact and soon recover from the pain seconds after. This skill will demand a great amount of her energy/life-force and usually can only be transferred once [in rare cases twice, but effectiveness will be reduced harshly]. Neera will need to recuperate for 6-8 hours before she can use this power again.

"Curative Touch" - Upon touch and varying concentration, Neera has healing properties that can soothe and restore both physical and mental strains. Loses effectiveness depending on the amount of times used and the severity of the injuries being treated (can also put a lot of strain on her if used consecutively).

"Power Deflection"- A defensive/offensive skill; Can guard against a single physical, psychic, or gunfire/blast. Not only can this move completely negate damage but can also completely deflect the damage -Quintupling- (aka 5x) in strength and power right back to the original source. It is very complex to use--must be timed correctly because it takes 3-5 seconds to charge before hand. It requires early prediction, precise timing, and a tremendous amount of concentration to build the energy needed for the deflection. The success rate for deflection is extremely low because of the high aptitude required for accomplishment. Success rate also depends on the power and speed of the source (CURRENTLY ranging about 11% success rate for a physical hit, 1% for a gunshot, .1% for an exploding blast, etc etc). Requires a lot of training and practice to master this. This move is her only "offensive" due to the fact she generally cannot physically injure her opponents with her other manifestations unless other methods are used.

Weakness:
The power of touch IS a both a strength and weakness for Neera. She is a borne fighter but is thrust upon the curse of healing her opponents and weakening herself. Forceful contact such as punching or any form of skin-on-skin contact surrenders her energy, strength, stamina, speed to her opponent as well as granting restoration of health and injury.

Neera's body frequently demands a large amount of food and nutrition (more than the average person) in order to sustain herself. The reason being is because her body is exerting energy constantly whether or not she is using her powers. Her energy is constantly overflowing to the extent where Neera can hardly rest, sleep, or sit still; she constantly NEEDS to be doing something physically active to burn it all the excessive energy away.

Other psychics can sense her strong presence (and are usually drawn to her) due to the vast amounts of excess energy that is emitted from her. She needs to learn to conceal and control her energy levels to keep it from overflowing.

Personality: Many would often mistake Neera to be polite and dainty at first glance. However they will soon see that she is nothing like what she appears to be---her petite size is all a facade compared to her boisterous presence. Upon meeting her, one might believe that she was raised in a barn despite the fact that she was brought up by a wealthy family. Neera has an intimidating nature; she is shameless and brash in terms of how she speaks to people and has a tendency to be intrusive towards a persons personal space. Neera is overly energetic, competitive and enjoys life's challenges and can very much easily knock her opponents three times her size down to the ground. She loves to eat and does so audaciously--her appetite seems almost unrealistic. The concern for her appearance and social behavior is almost non-existent.

When her opinions are challenged, she can be witty and quick to bounce back. She has a fiery personality and is very passionate about what she thinks is right. She is not afraid to stand up to anyone or anything. She is quick to defend herself, her opinions, as well as stand up for anyone who is being abused or demoralized. She has a strong will and determination to become a master at martial arts in order to protect the oppressed and downtrodden and to pass painful judgement to those who deserve it. Neera is quick to frustrate if she does not meet her own expectations due to the overwhelming amount of confidence and pride she fights to maintain. When provoked Neera can pack a hell of a punch and nothing angers her more than being forced to sit on the sidelines because all she wants is to do is contribute her fighting skills and to be actively involved.

Her hobbies include eating, boxing, more eating and more boxing. She often smells of citrus as oranges and tangerines are her favorite food. Neera regards to her gloves as lucky, (referring to the left and right as "Luck" and "Key") due to the fact she has always won her battles when wearing them. Psychologically, when parted, she may feel traumatized, unguarded and obscure.

Ironic as appearances go, Neera does not fit the stereotype of an only-(adopted)child spoiled to the core whist living her entire life with wealthy parents. She anything considered feminine and in-fashion. Her entire wardrobe consists of cheap sweats and tanks of the colors black and grey. The only thing major thing she has ever asked for were a pair of boxing gloves and top-of-the-line private boxing classes so she has a lot of workout gear. She has a short petite stature, tiny hands, rounded baby face but is physically toned and fit. Neera allows her shaggy bright orange hair to loosely falls to her shoulders, untended to most of the time. She has a ragged backpack that she keeps with her at all times, usually to store her gloves or her flask of water--not much else.

Weapon (optional): Ordinary boxing gloves (which shield her from direct skin-to-skin contact thus temporarily (and unknowingly) relieving her of her powers)

Bio: Neera is born into a wealthy family. To her parents horror, Neera had always been too much of a tomboy--to her own horror, they tried to place her in ballet classes. Her persistent and adamant stubborn personality eventually won them over and to her delight was enrolled into many martial art classes. Neera has practiced many different martial arts growing up but she has found the most success in boxing (and unnaturally has grown rather fond of her boxing gloves).

Unbeknownst to her, Neera's abilities counteract anything she has ever worked hard for. Because of this, Neera has lost countless amounts of cat-fights and fist-fights in her schooling years trying to defend her oppressed classmates despite her foundation and years of discipline in martial arts. Feeling baffled, stupefied and humiliated by these events, Neera tries her best to stay resilient and continues to push herself even harder to become even better at boxing and martial arts even though she already is considered the best in her division. She is currently unaware of her unfortunate abilities and is in denial of any possibilities--instead she blames herself for being incompetent. Currently Neera is living a normal college life with dreams of one day becoming a national boxer and her abilities still undetected by herself or others.

Manifestation: Pierson uses her Polygrapher ability to great effect when she is with her clients. Her clients vary from criminals caught by the FBI to the FBI's own agents for their psychological debriefing. She can easily get inside people's heads, see what they are really thinking about; essentially mind reading. Her other, less known ability belongs to her Pearce alias, the thus far unseen Chameleon classification. She can use it to change her hair, eye and skin color on a whim to anything she wants. No actual shape changing, so it isn't perfect, but she has used it to evade capture to great effect.
Weakness: She cannot change her hair, eye or skin color too quickly or else they start to randomly change without warning. She cannot dig too far into people's heads without getting massive migraines of her own. She is a bit of a sucker for a beautiful woman or a handsome guy. She is, however, still incredibly intelligent and able to see through most ploys made to seduce her.
Personality: Depending on which person we are talking about there are a few key differences. Pierson is a calm and collected, respectful psychiatrist, who is polite, kind, and generally acts like a decent person would. Pearce, while calm and collected, has a tendency to act on her more base urges. Like killing a hostage who screws up a plan for her. Or shooting a client who decided that the prices of a rival of hers were better. She is still polite and can very easily get into the head of anyone she is in the room with.

Weapon: Pierson normally just uses a standard issue pistol, having completed her basic training. She is rarely in the field, but when she is, she does bring what she feels she may need, weaponry wise. Pearce on the other hand, uses whatever gun she feels like. Whatever she feels is best suited for the situation, or just whatever she feels will be intimidating.
Bio: Little is known about Pearce aside from her current activities. She rarely, if ever, talks about her history, and having never been caught, she is essentially a ghost. The intelligence agencies have no idea who she was before she became the world's most notorious arms dealer. That's part of the reason they want to catch her so badly. Little do they know that "Pearce" is right under their noses; as Special Agent Katherine Pierson.
Agent Pierson joined the PCI fresh from her basic training. With her degree in psychology, and her polygrapher ability, she was an obvious choice for the unit's "shrink." She was quickly put in charge of debriefing operatives and assessing the state of mind of the field agents in the PCI. But that isn't what you really want to know about is it? You would rather know about how a psychiatrist who never even stole so much as a candy bar became one of the world's most notorious arms dealers without her own organization noticing. The answer? It's complicated.

Personality: More like Pierson than she cares to admit, Tereza is stoic, calm and collected. She has a very dominant personality and can be difficult to reason with if she has her mind set to something. She tends to act closer to Pearce, acting on her own impulses and desires rather than on what is logical. She is not as intelligent as Pierson, but is not stupid by any means, and resents anyone who thinks she might be a "meathead" just because she is as tough as she is.
Appearance: Similar to this, Tereza is tall, slightly tan, about 6'2, and muscular, though not to a bodybuilder's degree. Her hair is jet black, and is long enough that even in a loose pony tail it goes down to her thighs. Her eyes are a deep, piercing grey, that always seem to be staring right through whatever she's looking at.
Weapon (non-optional): Tereza likes to come prepared. Always ready for just about any situation, Tereza's arsenal is only matched by the catalog of a certain arms dealer she used to know.
Bio: Tereza's life before the age of 16 is a bit of a mystery. She doesn't like talking about her past, but what is known is that at 16 she joined the military by forging her parents' signature. She quickly rose to the top of her group in basic training, in no small part due to her fitness "obsession." After she made it through basic training, and had a few rough missions under her belt, coming out basically unscathed, she was recruited into the special forces, who trained her further, making her into the warrior she is today. When she turned 20, she was loaned out to the CIA, doing very secretive missions in places that Americans weren't supposed to be. After a mission went bad, she was left for dead in a country that very much wanted to make her so. The CIA disavowed her, calling her a "rogue operative." Of course she would survive and manage to get back to the States. Fed up with the CIA, and not able to go back into the military, Tereza joined the FBI, who were more than happy to scoop up a Special Forces trained CIA agent who would work with them. It was then that she met Pierson, and things got a little crazy. But that is a story for another time. When she was 27, she broke off contact with Pierson and left the FBI, going to the middle east to work as a mercenary for hire, a "freelancer" as she calls it. What she did there for five years is relatively speculative, but there are many stories about a woman singlehandedly taking on compounds of armed bandits and terrorists, and coming out on top. Most who know her, attribute this to Tereza.

Psychic Classification: Hacker/Sniper Hybrid. PCI calls it Shadow Stepping
Manifestation: Charlie is a sort of hybrid. Her mother was a Sniper and her father was a Hacker, and Charlie has inherited gifts from each of them, but they manifest in a completely different way. Charlie can "teleport" through shadows using a device embedded underneath her skin, hidden by a tattoo. The device allows her to hack in to any electrical network and replace her molecules with the electrical information, causing a nano second long, almost undetectable blip in the electronics using the network. Charlie's code name, Kage, means "Shadow" in Japanese.
Weakness: Bright sunlight. If there are no shadows, Charlie can't teleport. The electrons present in direct sunlight interrupt and can potentially scramble her DNA transfer. Teleporting through shadows only works with relatively short distances (within a city), but Charlie is notorious for testing her luck and pushing herself to go farther.
Personality: Charlie is the ultimate over-achiever. A real go getter. Militant. Perfect for an organization like PCI. She believes in the importance of rules, and sticking to them. She loves challenges, and over coming them. Her one vice is reading. Charlie will devour any book she can get her hands on, and her apartment is littered with books. Well, as littered as an apartment can be when the person who owns it is as big of a neat freak as Charlie.

Weapon: True to her Japanese heritage, Charlie carries and prefers both a Wakizashi and a Katana, but, true to her militant nature, she is proficient with all PCI non-psychic weapons. She also has a microchip implanted behind her ear to allow for easier communication with PCI, which she can turn on and off at will.
Bio: Charlie's parents were both PCI operatives, during a time just before the current utopian state. Things were better, but not quite where they are currently. Their relationship was frowned upon by the PCI, and others who knew of it. Psychic classes were known, although the outcome of two Psychics having a child was not. So they hid in secret. Charlie's mother was Japanese, and had a difficult time hiding the pregnancy as her stomach grew, which caused them to flee PCI, although they always knew the organization would come for them. Both of Charlie's parents believed fiercely in the PCI and its principles, something they had ingrained into their daughter.

Charlie was 5 when PCI operatives showed up at their door to collect her parents and find out what became of her, but it wasn't the battle her parents had been expecting. PCI was in desperate need of their skills to eradicate a certain type of dangerous Psychic still living at that time. Charlie was not allowed to know anything more than that -- even know. Her parents agreed to join the mission in exchange for PCI's protection of their daughter. The year long mission was a success, but it cost both of Charlie's parents lives.

Since then, Charlie has lived on the PCI base, training and learning how to use her powers to fulfill her parents wishes for her future.

Psychic Classification: Polygrapher
Manifestation: Zack is basically a human lie detector. That is what Polygrapher does anyway. He can tell when someone is lying simply by listening or looking at them, and can also see surface thoughts from people. He can also function as a sort of walking truth serum. If he touches someone, he can cause them to actually tell the truth for a certain period of time, regardless of whether or not they want to tell the truth.
Weakness: For his “truth serum” ability to work, it has to be skin-to-skin contact. Like his hand can touch someone on the head and it works, but not if he touches someone and they’re wearing a shirt with sleeves. Also, the effects of the “serum” ability only work quickly if he touches the person’s head or neck area. If he touched anywhere else, it would take a little longer for it to take effect. He also can’t control when the serum is used all the time, so he tends to wear some type of gloves to cover his hands to avoid accidental effects. As such, he doesn’t really like having people touch him without telling him first. Zack has major trust issues. It is not entirely due to his powers, but mostly due to his previous relationships with other people and most of his family members. He also prone to headaches because of overuse of his polygrapher abilities, or if there are too many thoughts floating around at the same time.
Personality: Zack seems to hate everything, even life itself. He could be considered emo, when really he believes he has absolutely no emotions what-so-ever. No one would want to see what's going on in his head because there's not only cruel thoughts but also depressing thoughts. He's sarcastic most of the time and can even seem down right sadistic. When he’s around his group of close friends (i.e.: his bandmates) cool, funny, laid back, sweet, daring, and can be very charming. However, that side of him he rarely if ever shows to other people because he keeps them at arms length. He has good looks and can almost literally knock girls off their feet with his smile. He's usually very calm and quiet and seems to be very hard-hearted. Most of the time, he is a very hard person to read in terms of what exactly he is thinking or feeling as he is very secretive in what he does, thinks, and says. He seems to be always angry at someone or something. He doesn't seem to like anyone or anything. He hardly ever talks, even when talked to, and doesn't seem to care what others think about him and what he does. Depressed, defiant, playful, a complete b*****d. Those are a few of the words people outside of his bandmates have used to describe him. Most of the time, you'll interact with the depressed side of him. However, if you manage get under his skin, so to speak, people will realize he is actually a really nice guy.
Appearance: Zack
Weapon: Zack normally carries some version of a firearm with him, usually a pistol. He also has a military grade knife hidden on his person for the times when he cannot reach his gun, has run out of ammunition, or his surroundings/situation calls for the use of close quarters. He’s accurate with his aim when using a gun, but not nearly as good as some of the Snipers within PCI. He’s also experienced with knife/blade fighting from past experiences.
Bio: Zack is the illegitmate child of his father from before his father got married. The family his father has now completely hates him because of this. Zack likes to hide his feelings about his family from people he doesn't know. He has two younger brothers (who are twins) and a younger sister, all of which are half-siblings. His father has sort of let his wife and the grandparents treat Zack like crap. He's too afraid (and ashamed) to step up and get them to leave him alone. He still loves Zack though because he's his son. With Zack’s stepmother he’s had three other children (in this order: a set of male twins and a girl), making Zack the oldest child. Not much else is known about him outside of this, as he doesn't really talk to anyone. His siblings know more though. He has tried to kill himself a few times, but no one really understands why as Zack doesn’t really like to explain himself.

His so-called 'friends' at his first high school betrayed him. One day, his old "friends" jumped him, knocking him out. When Zack woke up, he found himself on the wrong side of an actual dog fight. Those "friends" of his actually placed bets against his survival. After that, Zack started getting into fights, doing a few drugs, joined a gang. He wasn’t part of the gang very long though because the drummer of his band approached him when he saw and heard Zack playing his guitar, kept bugging him to join this band he wanted to start with two other people. Now, not only does he play guitar and sing for the band, he has also written some of their songs. Anyway, Zack's been into music his whole life since he turned thirteen. He taught himself how to play guitar at fifteen and is rarely seen without it now when he's not doing something else.

Manifestation: Through touch Syara has always had access to another persons mind and can disable their ability. unconsciously her mind learns how to use the ability and she can copy it.
Weakness: her immune system is very weak dispite the extreme mental power, she is also susceptible to migraines. She is able to tag along on team missions provided she wears a mask over her nose and mouth, lowering her chances of contracting a disease, Surgeon talent helps to make sure her body can keep up with her team members, and she is not allowed under any circumstances to take off the gloves on her hand unless allowed by her director and her surgeon charge at the time.
Personality: Quiet and trained to hide all emotions she doesn't often say or talk to people. She has few friends she can actually call friends and often closes herself off from the entire world, preferring the closure and security of "home" to being among people. many are afraid of her ability, rumor creating a monster of her due to the fear which leads to people lashing out in defense. She is heavily disciplined against fighting back in defense so she often takes the abuse and must rely on her partners to come to her defense or find an opportunity to flea. even their superiors are afraid of what she can do.

Weapon: She has been granted the right to use military grade weaponry and has been fully trained in all necessary weapons for the job. her greatest asset is her hand to hand combat ability. She often trains with Vision since she was allowed to join the PCI.
Bio: Rumors of a child born of two untalented humans spread like a wild fire twenty two years before the date of this entry. Rather plain her parents had tried to hide her from the world before the government started to investigate, little is known of what happened to the girls parents once the government took her into custody, but their records have since disappeared. She was a threat to the new thriving Psychic community, it was said the government took her into their care so they could protect themselves and control the psychics.
She grew up in a facility among surgeon's and normal human doctors and scientists. to them she was a subject, a being to be molded into a weapon and trained to bend to the whim of her superiors. her weaknesses were fixed in a way that only surgeons could control them so she would be helpless to save herself if she went out of control. At the age of 15 a new psychiatric doctor was permitted to inspect and see her, Peirson became her charge in the years after and proposed that she would be permitted to join the ranks in the PCI, "putting the weapon to use and into real world study".

Manifestation: With his touch he can quickly heal any open wound, his experience over time has helped him learn the right steps to take in order to prevent infection or further damage in regards to healing wounds quickly. illness takes time and energy on his part, a person may recover quickly from a cold or fever that would last normally three days to a week, Alec would require a few hours to a day of rest while his own mutant immune system fights off the infection. mental cases are tricky for Alec, due to his heritage/hybrid qualities he is most effective with mental trauma patients when he is refreshed. he can also create wounds as quickly as he can heal them. His gift can be manifested into surgical like implements for defense or medical practice if he needs to.
Weakness: Pushing his limits, often he doesn't notice or tries not to think about his own health, nicotine, without it he cant function so easily, but will do anything for a pack. Touch, if he isn't prepared for someone to touch him it could rouse mental trauma for both him and the unsuspecting individual.
Personality: he is laid back, mostly keeps to himself with the exception of required assistance, doctoring, or perhaps a random outburst of insanity, be it from himself or another member of the party.

Weapon: none
Bio: Born of a Surgeon and a Chronicler, he was raised by the two for ten years. a happy marriage, his mother worked as the head surgeon in a very wealthy hospital local to their home, and his father worked as a chronicler for the PCI. His talent manifested at the age of six when he broke his leg playing in the wash behind the house tracks and he didn't want his mother to know. The fix was imperfect, his mother easily found out, but she was startled by the strenght of his abilities and won a bet with his father regarding who he was more likely to inherit his genes from.
At the age of 11 he stood quietly by his uncle's side as the country laid his father to rest on the 27th of February. he had been rushed to Alec's mothers hospital where she worked in a panic to make sure her husband would survive his critical lacerations and bullet wounds. The massive effort drove her to exhaustion, and with the effort of trying her best to keep him among the living their mental connection drove her mad. The doctors declared his death at 3:27 in the morning on February 21st, while his mother was dragged and carried from the room as she screamed and began to loose her mental stability.
Alec could not live with her after his fathers death, she drove herself over the edge trying to save her beloved that day and the backlash she took on trying to save him left her with the memories of the murders that happened on the cases he had worked on the three years prior. she was admitted into a mental facility to manage her stability for the sake of herself and those around her. Visits involved strait jackets and walls separating her from even her young son when she cried and tried her best to tell him everything was alright. He learned a great deal of the power of a touch, his own chronicler mind gave it away as the years went on and people began to get closer to him.
By the age of 16 he thought he was starting to loose it too, friends would come to him for help with their injuries in sports or perhaps a mishap in the back alley, and he would help how ever he could, learning how to set breaks or heal bruises the experience was good for him, but once he became an apprentice to his uncle who took him on since his mother went to the hospital, things were really different. he started work in a clinic and for a few months he could see his mind giving in like his mothers. people would pass through from car accidents, or brutal beatings in the sewers. he could see what happened to them all, slaving away day after day his nights began to fill with these dreams of torture or an agony that crushed his chest as a steering wheel lodged itself in his gut. Waking up enough times in the middle of the night he wondered if he was doing something wrong, upon consulting his uncle the man made him watch his exhaustion limits, suspecting it could be due to his fathers influence. The nightmares stopped at that point, but the random visions did not cease till he was in his early twenties.
Already a practiced surgeon he opted against working for the medical industry like his mother. the sickness, death and damage that went with the everyday was too much for his fragile grip on reality. The PCI offered him a job that proved to be a bit more interesting than being stuck in a sanitary box among the sick and the dying, and since he has worked for and among them.

Manifestation: Born of two normal human parents, she has never had any guidance or restraints. She has fits with visions, thrashing out in panic when she has her temporary relapses, at least that was the theory before. She can heal through touch just like any other surgeon, but she can also drain energy through touch if she needs the energy or just wants to play with a person.
Weakness: her own mind, she is an unstable entity, being shot damages her but enough energy can restore her body, she hates loud noises and often does what ever she can do to make the noises stop, some times resulting in damage to herself and others.
Personality: She is confusing to pin point, light hearted yet sinister, giggly and loopy yet cold. she often feels so seperate from the world, no longer able to recognize the diffrences between her visions and real world, she cannot distinguish what is present past or future. She likes distruction, it gives her a sense of relif and release.

Bio: At the ageof four she was taken into government custody after her mother called the law enforcement. Once the officers arrived the child was found with her dead father and the mother was screaming, holding a knife. "she could bearly speak from shock, she just kept reapeating "demon child demon child" we had no other explination for her ranting other than madness" the officer left the report an took her to foster care. She was set up for psychiatric help through the system. The specialist was the first to diagnose her ability, surgeon he said and sent her to the PCI to be trained and further monitored.
They expected a surgeon, but Jin was not just that. her fits categorized her as a seer too and unstable at that. To control her fits the psychiatrist theorized that hypnosis would work to suppress one of her abilities while they still needed the other. Surgeon were far and few between and the PCI wanted to keep as many as they could. while she should have been locked away as most seers at the time were, she was put through the hypnosis treatment with outstanding results. She forgot her seers ability, tricking the brain to cut off the triggers for the seers ability.
With such huge success she was immediately put into training, working under Alec as an assistant/intern while she went through PCI training with Pierson. Years passed without ill affect, The psychiatrist saw her regularly to make sure the hypnosis held.

Head Psychiatric Agent Pierson's note: Jin Melatix code name "Panic" has been labeled unfit for duty. As of Thursday June 7th 2302, she has been charged with the deaths of 37 innocents, including the complete mental deterioration of Doctor Kaleb Vahlen of the PCI Counseling and Psychic care department.
The trigger for her sudden rampage is as of yet unknown. Melatix was a patient of Doctor Vahlen's hypnosis, and can also be correctly categorized as a Surgeon/Seer type, a detail overlooked by her superiors and falsely assured to be under control by the Doctor overseeing her care. It is my professional opinion that some time during the evening of June 5th some trigger be it Audio or Visual broke the doctors carefully laid hypnotic barriers on the Melatix's mind and in turn caused a complete psychotic breakdown. In the process of this mental imbalance and massive fit she caused destruction to all structures on Else Street, while en route, it appears, to see the Doctor Vahlen. Whether the action was sought out in revenge or seeking help cannot be determined now with her mental state as irreversibly damaged as it has become. Recommend level five containment cell with minimal interaction with the outside world. Under no circumstances is she to be let out of her cell without express permission from the head of the C&P Department head.
