Appearance: Alice is a lithe, athletic woman standing at 5 ft 9 inches. Her body figure is slim and fit, which compliments her fighting style. She has long black hair that reaches down to her mid-back. Her eyes, most often serious, are icy blue.
Affiliation: The Masked Convenant
Position/Rank: Applying for Prophet.
Fears:
Aquaphobia: She cannot swim and falling into water tends to send her into a panic.
She also has a fear of being senseless; eg not being able to see, hear, smell and feel anything. Losing her sight tends to be the most impacting.
Personality: Alice is, in all aspects, a rigid person. Her composure is hard as steel and she keeps her calm and cool in even the most dire situations. Her emotions are usually kept at a minimum, giving her flat stare and an impassive view on things. Her personality in conversation reflects her personality in combat, which is to keep distance. She is not the scheming, plotting type, making her very loyal, as she sees herself simply as a weapon wielded by a hand, thereby never disobeying an order no matter how they might be viewed morally.

"I'm simply the gun that protects one by killing another. I don't choose who I kill, the one who pulls my trigger does."

History: Alice had always been a sort of outcast from the rest of her squadmates during her time in the Squad 3 of the Soul Society. She had trouble making friends and could never really socialize with anyone. That is, until she met a man named Lucas. Lucas reached out for her in a way no other person had reached out and within weeks, they were good friends. Within a month or so, they were more than just good friends, although they never really did anything drastic. Alice was glad. She was happy that she finally found someone to share her smiles and sorrows with. Within some time, she had found friends in many of her squad mates as well.

But, inevitably, during a particularly dangerous mission, she had to choose between saving Lucas and saving 3 of her squad mates. Lucas had screamed at her to go save them instead while her squad mates had screamed at her to save him and herself. Confused and conflicted, Alice was frozen with indecision. That cost her dearly, however, as she ended up losing both ends of the bargain. She was only saved because her friends and Lucas had given their last breaths to the fighting. She blamed herself for that, as it was completely her fault. She could've saved either of them, but she didn't. It caused her to become even more of a recluse, disconnecting herself from her emotions and becoming inanimate. This seemed to trigger something deep within her being.

The night was a fateful night in the human world where she had been confronted by an Arrancar with the power to take on appearances of people. Unsurprisingly, the Arrancar took the appearance of Lucas and began fighting Alice. Unable to fight the man, she was slowly whittled down until she was near death. That was when her inner hollow decided to emerge. Alice did not remember the later events, but she had fought off her inner hollow within her inner world and when she came back into consciousness, she had killed the arrancar. A mask slowly crumbled off her face as she realized the depth of this event. She would not be able to return to the soul society, lest she get executed for being a Visored. So, she seeked shelter in the The Mask Covenant. There, she decided to earn her place and slowly climbed the ranks mainly because of her unflinching loyalty and major power, when she used it right.

Zanpakutō Information

Name: Sharpshooter
Sealed Appearance: The Zanpakutou takes the form of a small ninjato, with black and red handle-wrappings.
Release Command: Aim true, Sharpshooter!
Shikai Appearance: Sharpshooter's shikai is, perhaps, larger and more bulky than common shikais. It takes the form of a M107 .50 Caliber Long Range Sniper Rifle (LRSR) [as depicted in the picture], capable of firing bullets formed from the reiatsu of it's user. It is quite large and slightly heavy, though Alice has gotten used to it enough to be able to carry it reasonably well enough. It has low melee fighting capabilities, but it is still durable and hard enough to be used to block melee zanpakutou attacks and even retaliate, being used as a strong blunt weapon. It's real power, however, lies in it's ranged capabilities. Each shot from Sharpshooter is very powerful, but requires it to be reloaded after every shot, disabling any chance of rapidfire.
But when close combat is inevitable, it's Mode Change technique proves to be invaluable.
Shikai Power-Ups: Enables Alice to be able to use different kinds of ranged attacks with Sharpshooter's shikai form. Also causes her to react and move faster slightly.
Shikai Techniques/Abilities
- Snipe: Alice's strongest ability, this technique requires good aiming on her part, so it is most effective against unmoving targets. Alice charges up a bullet and aims, before firing it. The bullet moves quite fast and is small, about the size of an actual bullet. But it is extremely deadly, as it is formed from highly condensed spirit energy. It's true power lies in it's impact and penetrative powers, being able to blow through even the strongest defence, without losing much power unless it has to go through multiple layers of defence, which causes its power to drop drastically with each layer depending on the strength of the defence aside from the first one.
Upon impact, which is hard enough to stagger or even send a target flying back, it will almost always penetrate through the target completely. It also has a huge range, allowing Alice to shoot at targets from a distance far enough that would ensure low visibility. The bullet leaves behind a trail of spirit energy, however, allowing anyone to be able to track her to her firing position, so Alice usually always keeps moving in between shots.

The move, although quite unblockable, is easily dodged as lining up the shot causes a red-laser to alight on it's target. Unless her target is distracted, they will easily see it and be able to dodge the bullet, which travels fast and in a straight line, but not faster than Shunpo/Sonido.
The move also takes some time to set up, mainly because of the aiming and partly because of the time it takes to condense the spirit energy into it's deadly bullet, making it ineffective in fast-paced combat.

- Mode Change: A technique which sheds about 80% of the shikai's massive power, this is usually a defensive or counter move that allows Alice to shed her shikai's heavy rifle-shape. Most of the rifle dislodges and breaks off, disintegrating into spirit particles but leaving behind a small handgun-shaped version of Sharpshooter, which can be used to rapid fire without the need to reload, along with a combat knife. This is mainly used by Alice when she has no choice but to fight in close range, sacrificing most of her power for speed and technicality.
She can later on switch back to her bulky rifle form, but cannot fire right after she switches.

- Concussive Shot: Similar to Snipe in some aspects, but with a much lower range and power, Concussive shot is mainly used to disable targets. Alice fires a large round that explodes upon impact, creating a powerful shockwave akin to a grenade blast with a blinding flash, designed to stun, blind and disorient targets for a few seconds. This attack also affects allies, however, as well as Alice herself if she is close by to be affected by the shockwave or looks upon the blinding flash.

Bankai Status: Achieved

Bankai Name: Pellentesque

Bankai Appearance: [Given Above and to the right] Alice's Bankai is quite huge. It consists of two changes.
The first is her main Bankai, which gives her a mechanized exo-suit that is about 15 feet tall. The suit, as shown in the picture, a very large rifle and has its own methods of propulsion to help move it at high speeds. Although it cannot travel at Shunpo-speeds, it can still travel damn fast.
Alice herself gains a light weight, flexible armor that gives minimal protection but maximises her mobility.

Bankai Power-Ups: Gives her a large mechanical exo-suit, massively increasing her overall combat abilities. Other than the Exo-suit, Alice herself gains a light armor which, when she exits out of her Exo-suit, sacrifices most of the power granted by her exo-suit for a huge increase in mobility. The Exo-suit, when damaged to breaking point or when Alice activates it's self destruction sequence, explodes in a large and powerful explosion.

Bankai Techniques/Abilities

- Railgun: An empowered version of Snipe, this is still Alice's strongest attack in her bankai. It is the same deal as her Shikai's snipe, with alot more added power, penetration and speed. It also leaves behind a light blue glowing trail and electrifies the air it travels through for a few seconds with harmless static.

- Mode Change: Similar to the Mode Change of her Shikai, this one allows Alice to exit/eject out of her Mechanical Exo-Suit. The huge rifle from the Exo-Suit opens up, revealing a smaller and less powerful version of the rifle fit for Alice's size. Alice normally never undergoes this mode change unless her Exo-Suit is badly damaged to the point of it becoming hazardous. Alice can re-enter her Exo Suit unless it has been destroyed.

- Flashbang: Similar to Alice's Shikai's Concussive Shot, yet more different in nature. This causes Alice's Exo Suit to launch/Alice to throw a cylindrical projectile that is akin to a grenade. It explodes and does the same job as her Shikai's Concussive Shot, albeit with alot more power, with the flash intense enough to damage someone's eyes, causing blindness for a month or so unless healed.

Cero Sniper - Basically a faster, less powerful version of Alice's Shikai's Snipe, this Cero can be fired from both her Shikai's weapon, Bankai's weapon or her hands or mouth.
High Speed Regeneration - Allows Alice to regenerate superficial wounds at a high speed, which is a complement to her low defensive skills.
Sonído - Advanced Hoho which is faster than Shunpo, Sonido, Hirenkyaku and equivalents.

I haven't read all of it, but her age, and as an extension of that, her Zanpakuto's form, raise some issues for me.

All Vizards, that aren't created during the actual RP itself are at the very least 1000 years old. This would be easy to fix, you would simply need to bump up her age, but if you were to do that, she would have a very, very advanced weapon for the time she came from.

We'll have to get Aaron's thoughts on this, I think.

Edit: Here's a thought - maybe, she was unseated at the time she was turned, and only recently achieved Shikai/Bankai? Like, sometime in the last 100 years - it would still be extremely advanced, but not to the point of ridiculousness. It would mean, though, that she was a very, very late bloomer, in terms of Shikai.

I like your second thought. Basically, she is over 1k in age but her bankai bloomed up recently?
Also all of her Shikai/Bankai seems to be super advanced if you think about it xD If she earned her Shikai 500 years ago, it'd be super advanced but modern now. If she earns her bankai 100 years ago, it'd still be super advanced now. Thats her theme, I guess, in a way.

Adda bit on how she was iinfected with the vizord virus due to that's the only way to become one here with the exception of Domon but that was a big mess
