As per previous conversations via Skype, I will go over what responding to the roll call entails.

Overview
When you sign up for the roll call, you agree to keep up activity and post in the match you are given. I treat CWA as if it were a job; you may have shitty co-workers and you may be given a task you're not interested in, but the expectation is that you do the task given to you.

That being said, I will usually post a draft card before finalizing. Once finalized, the card cannot be changed, unless I have given the OK on it. Any additions to an occurring card (other than promos) will be treated as dark segments.

Examples of accepted changes:
-You run multiple characters and are booked to face yourself.
-You are booked against somebody that you have blocked. PM me with details and I will assess whether or not I will make the change here.
-You are booked incorrectly (ie: put into a random match when you've requested either a story-based match or a title contendership match).
-Extreme cases that can be discussed with me in private.
-Leave (aka "I will be on vacation," or "I will be swamped with exams," etc.). I can be accommodating for this reason, though recurring instances will be looked down upon.

Examples of unacceptable changes:
-You don't like your placement on the card. Someone has to open, someone has to close. The level of what I consider "priority matches" are thus:
1. Title matches
2. Heavy story matches (aka a story in progress)
3. Title contendership matches
4. Light story matches (aka a story just beginning)
5. Non-story matches

2-4 can interchange depending on the activity level.

-You aren't interested in the match you are given. The goal of RP is to have fun, and at the same time, be creative. Saying you're not interested, after posting in the roll call, shows me you're not trustworthy. I really could care less if you're not interested in the match you're booked in; you sign up for a card, you get a match to compete in. That's when your creativity comes in; if you don't find it interesting, MAKE it interesting.

Goal
The point with this is to ensure that people are given the matches they have requested, and to be able to enjoy themselves. Again, I'm pretty open to anything and I rarely get upset over any issue. The fact I'm putting this up, however, should show that activity is a concern of mine. I've been RPing for 11 years, and what kills RPs is a lack of activity.

That being said, if you feel I am being unfair in how I use the roll call in relation to the operation of the guild, talk to me about it. Shoot me a PM, talk to me in private over Skype, what have you.
