Legato walked in the small cafe taking a seat by the window like he normally did when writing down the lyrics in his head. Setting his folder on the table, he ordered an herbal tea with lemon and honey before starting to jot down words on the paper. Lyrics fist.. Usually it was the words that came to him before the notes. He'd spent hours working in this cafe before, never looking up or noticing much of anything around him other than the occasional artist performing to try and catch a break. Today however, he found himself glancing up and away from his work often only to look through the window or towards the door for the company he'd been expecting. Midnightglow18 Sorry it took me so long to get this done.. the weekend got flooded with things to do other than relaxing..

Aurora smiled when she caught sight of Legato ,she went over to him and said "Hi" Sweetly, then she sat down across from him. A little shy, she didn't normally hang out with a lot of people she had just meet. "So what are you working on?" She asked curiously

He'd missed her entry into the cafe, his eyes once again on his work. It was when she spoke and took her seat that he blinked away from the paper to look up. "Hmm? Oh this?" He smiled some. "It's the starts of a new song I'm composing..." Glancing to the Waitress in the back, he signaled her to come take their orders. The waitress was slightly plump with curly red hair of an unusual brightness. "What can I get you two today?" "Good afternoon, I'd like One of those cheese danishes and another herbal tea with lemon, honey and maybe some cream please." His eyes flicked towards Aurora. "Would you care for anything? Or would you like to skim the menu?"

Aurora smiled and said "I hope it's coming along nicely" Then she turned her attention to the waitress, and then listened to Legato before she ordered. "I'll have a cup of black cherry tea, and an apple danish please" Once the waitress left, she turned her attention back to Legato, trying to think what to say..

The woman nodded and left the two with each other's company to fill the order. Turning his eyes once more to Aurora, he closed the cap of the pen and slipped it into a side of the journal book before closing it. "It's just the lyrics so far.. but I'm thinking it's music will be lovely all the same." He offered her a small smile. "So, How has the store been? profitable I hope. It's always nice to see your hard work paying off."

Aurora smiled and said "I hope it turns out well.." and then she nodded and said "Yes work has been going well, I only opened recently but things seems to be selling well." ((Humm wonder if they are a bit to introvert for each other >.< ))

Do you have aim or skype?? PM isn't working for me right now >.< That's not my point my point was they both seem shy, which is making for very short shy posts rofl I'm just wondering if better rp would be found with more extrovert characters 3nodding but we can keep trying if you like xd

"Would you like to see? The lyrics that is.." Spinning his notebook towards her, he offered her the page he's been writing on moments before. "I bought it about two weeks ago.. Anytime I think of something lyrics wise.. I jot it down.." Nodding he stirred what was left of his first cup of tea and drained it of the remaining contents. "Ah I see.. So have you recently moved here or... just finally taking a chance on a new business?" He gave her his full attention, waiting for the answer as their orders were brought to them. Giving a nod of acknowledgement to their waitress he thought a moment. "If you're new in town.." He spoke once more before she could answer. "Perhaps then I could show you around? There's a music festival coming up if I recall correctly.. that is if you'd like to go?"

Aurora smiled warmly, growing more comfortable hanging out with Legato. She looked at his lyrics "Kool, I like what you have so far" Then she nodded and after he invited her to the music festival she explained. "Yes this my first time in this area, and I'd love to go to a music festival with you" She answered happily.

Midnightglow18 Sorry for the long wait. sweatdrop Legato smiled and relaxed a little bit more. Closing the note book he'd been writing in and drawing it back to his side of the table. "Then it's settled.. We can meet here or I can pick you up at your shop.. either way the festival's a fairly nice thing to see.. Lots of musicians, music, food and other things.." He slipped the note book off the table, stowing it in the side bag he carried with him. "So.. What inspired you to set up shop in this place? Not that it's a bad place mind you. I'm just being nosy I suppose." He paid their waitress little mind as she set their orders down and went along her way.

Aurora smiled and said "You can pick me up at my shop" she said in a friendly tone, then she turned her thoughts to his next question. "I love books, I love reading so I wanted to share that with others, like I did helping you find those gifts, isn't that why you write music because it's something you love and want to share with others??"

He nodded slightly. "Yes.. but the question was.. Why here? Not that I'm objecting to having you in our town...I'm just curious to know the reasoning of moving here I suppose." He chuckled lightly and shook his head. "If it's a troubling past the you don't have to share.. I wouldn't want you to relive something unpleasant."

Aurora laughed and said "No I don't have a mysterious dark past, I thought this was as good a place as any certainly better than the forest and cave I had been staying in, where I meet some interesting people" She said in a happy tone "But I decided I wanted more. So I moved her to seek a better life"
