The following are questions the staff have for you:

What drew you into the shop?

Are you more interested in roleplaying as your Dreamer or Oneiroi? Both? Why?

What would you like to see from the shop?

What drew you into the shop?

Advanced concept and more realistic art! Also, smaller community and the opportunity to be part of something newer, in a sense!

Are you more interested in roleplaying as your Dreamer or Oneiroi? Both? Why?

Currently both. The relationship is very intriguing. In many shops, the guardian is the means to the pet. (forgive the general terms!) But the way the two build/feed off each other is wonderful. I imagine in the long run I may be more interested in the Oneiroi because of the uniqueness and flexibility of the dream realms.

What would you like to see from the shop?

You guys are great! Both art and story are amazing. However, the opportunity to shape the Oneiroi in small ways without an entire growth would be wonderful. A little more 'wild', 'purple', 'kind', 'dark', etc are small changes that a player could RP with the Storyteller, and be rewarded with from the Artist! (Minor line art or coloring changes, assuming the artist keeps the work file and the Storyteller deems it worthy?) Would show the self-determination and evolution of the character. Would also keep people very engaged, and give the shop small ways to reward activity and creativity!

Very cool that you are soliciting feedback! heart Please let us as players know what you'd like to see more of as well? <3

Thanks for the feedback!

We're glad you are excited for the shop and were drawn in on some of the key points we wanted for the shop. We're definitely looking forward to the Dream Realms, as we plan to have the owner's Oneiroi as well as the Dreamers help shape and influence the world. The world develops and changes with them.

As for the minor edits, this is something Helina and I have been planning on for some time. Since we are seeing more specter growths emerge, this will be something to watch for. We want the art to develop and evolve in a real-time sense with the players. Major changes (such as losing an arm) will be for the next stage unless there are no stages left, but otherwise you hit the nail on the head!

Also mentioned has been that the Reve/Nightmare and Lucid Dream/Night Terror stages will be a semi-custom stage for all owners in a sense. We will be working with you on your vision of you pet and how to make it possible.

So, to recap, what you pretty much just said was 'Dear Aki, we are already plotting away to coincidentally make all your dreams come true. Love, Oneiros Staff'?

Man I love this shop XD

What would you like to see from the shop?
1. The concept behind the pets and the style art. I both thought they were very unique and seemed like fun to roleplay with.

2. I like both because it goes with the unique style of the shop. They seem reliant on each other in different ways and can help each other develop and grow. There are only a couple of other shops I've seen with this symbiotic relationship between two pets/characters given to play and I think it's great if there's a good enough reason to be able to pull it off.

3. As I am not yet part of the shop, I'm not sure I can contribute to this answer fully since I'm not sure what to expect in the first place. XD However, I do feel that if more quests are considered for realizing as pets, their owners will feel more reason to want to roleplay them because they'll feel the concept is their own. Roleplaying a pet like that is fun because you can develop it while at the same time working towards the incentive of later art stages.

Thank you for the feedback!

I'm not sure if I fully understand your third answer, but if you're referring to the fact that only a single quest pet was selected for the first round of judging, that is due to the fact that there were very few finished quests for the staff to pick from. Quests are also supposed to be rare pets, however, and in the end all pets end up having some form of customization as the staff works with the owner to bring their ideas to life as much as they can.

We also have some amazing pets developing from "shop stock" who are fantastic and more lie in wait, so I would hope the prospect of any pet's growth and stages would be exciting. wink

Oh, of course. Pardon me; I didn't even know a quest had been selected. I must have missed it. I knew the deadline was by July 31st, but I didn't see any announcement about who actually got their quest character granted. I'll try to keep a better watch next time~

This is one reason why we have been using the guild announcement system more frequently and will continue to do so. Events and winners of quests will be posted about through the system to help those who do not frequent the thread, where it was orginally announced. smile
